Naah Beast Mode was cracked. I wish they didnt get rid of it
To be far it died way early. Horde and PVP were popping for a while still before the game died

Despite how fast Beast lobbies can finish on Normal, I absolutely love playing it! I just wish more players played the game type, it took me several hours for just two lobbies today, even with open nat.

i think with the character customization, they need to make the majority of the customs earnable, like either level progression or challenges just to bring more depth into the building. maybe make everyone at level 1 start as a stranded then work your way up type thing. in my head that sounds nice as hell imo

i agree 100%!!! i freaking LOVE Gears of War. i got this game at midnight release and was blown away by it!! i put hundreds of hours into Horde it was an addiction i still love Gears and play 5 all the time

It makes me more mad that they legit sat there and made a Beast Rider version of the Savage Grenidier and we dont even get to use the skin
Scorge was in the multiplayer character game files alongside Cyclops and a Sentinel Helmeted Theron guard, it appears they didn’t add them because they used the Gears 2 textures and models which looked weird in this game, they almost weren’t gonna add RAAM/Kim/Tai etc until they decided to do the RAAM’s shadow DLC which also came with higher quality redone character models.
What the hell, how cant a triple A company cant update some textures?

I played Beast mode on insane by myself just to get that Savage Theron Guard. Shit looks AMAZING and no Theron has ever looked better.

Bro. From 17:30 to 17:41, you straight up DESTROYED the enemy. That was straight fire.
The cinematic look of Gears 3 was lost when they made Gears 4. Motion blur, having a ton of vibrant colors (idc what anyone says about colors, it made the game better), better character model choices (smaller models and better looking), better movement mechanics, character sound effects, 'no respawns left' sound effect is nightmare inducing, made you actually get sweaty with clutches. Better HS sound effects. Wingman, visable medals earned (next to your name), better maps, Hammer of Dawn and Digger. Even the Rodie Run was better in this game. There is so much more that made Gears 3 the best installment of the whole franchise. And its kinda sad that visually, Gears 3 looks better than the TC games a lot of the time. 12 year difference... Thats just me tho

Beast mode is dope Because it gave us something different to play as...just like when call of duty world at war launched with the first ever zombies mode (inspired by gears 2 hoard mode) some of us got tired of the same old shooting stupid NPCs or multiplayer... Does sheer scope of the variety that they gave us when the game launched was amazing...now games today are half baked.

That customization for characters would work for the next Gears ⚙️ game and adding color to your Bullets would help know which person killed the other player In verses or horde not gonna Lie oh you Forgot adding different weapons when holding the Boomshield in gears ⚙️ judgment that was always cool to me when that added that because in gears ⚙️ 3 you only add pistols when holding it
They also need to go back to unlocking shit through challenges and not currency. And beta unlocks.

If beast mode is in gears 6, they should have it work like horde with the class system and more waves and since the locust are stronger and have abilities could spice up the game with normal horde being more strategy base while the locust version being more harder and having a different fell to it.
I hope coalition can bring gears back I really do don’t over think it get the gears bread and butter and improve a bit

The only 3rd mode they need is this mode. Nothing else. Also COD did it in MW2 OG back in the day 3rd person. But that was 2009. Gears 1 and 2 were out. Idk why they keep trying to do more new modes. They have all they need.

Literally Gears 5 is just copying and pasting what every game is going to be like the next several years. Cringe emotes, cringe dances or poses, who tf even buys the blood sprays and banners waste of customization. Every game is becoming Fortnite even Halo is starting to do this too…
