I dig these videos, but I feel like they’re somewhat misleading (perhaps I’m mistaken) it just seems like „he/she had pain, I made them do this ONE thing, instantly better. The end. I wish he’d explain more about the timeframe when you can expect to see results, 1 week, 3, months? Who knows? 🤷🏽♂️

I don’t think that’s upper trapezius pain, it is the levator scapula that pulls the scapula upward and causes a chain of unbalances in the shoulder
