For those models which have touch IC, first troubleshoot whether the Touch IC working condition is normal, for those models which have no touch IC, troubleshoot the touch power supply and sync signal, cheers
My iPhone X touch screen works when initially turned on but then the phone gets hot right below the camera and the touch stops working. If I leave the phone alone it starts working till it gets hot again.
ive got this same problem now one day just stop working so brought it to apple because there was a small chip out the side glass baring in mind i done this when i bought the phone an for the 2 years the phone everything been fine anyway they turned around and said that because of this there will be a charge of £280 i laughed and decided to get a new screen out on 3rd party all was well for 3-4 months then the phone started playing up again tried to pull a fast one with apple to see if they could just replace the screen for free as it was in crisp condition no chips ;-) they soon seen it was a 3rd party screen and wanted to charge me the £280 even tho it seems to be a common fauly with these phones now im stuck with a perfect looking iphone x randomly unresponsive at times temporary i give it a soft reset which helps but im back to square one ive tried everything i can think of dfu mode new screen even turned off the 3d haptic touch no luck any suggestions or shall i sell and just get an android s10 or something apple dont want to help
Hi, our technician suggest you first replace the screen and see if the problem fixed, if its not, then you need to troubleshoot the motherboard, cheers

Can i use a touch IC from another iphone X to replace mine? Cos my touch IC isnt working. Can I do that instead? i have a spare iphone X

I have iphone x its processor damage and from that day its touch not working any solution for it
