@@lolas.7024 as a parent I wouldn't try to enter a country illegally, because I understand that if I commit a crime I can and will be seperate from my child.. as a parent I would try to seek entry at a port by following the laws of the country I am trying to enter and make a life in, I would seek asylum of refugee statue "as a responsible parent" I would not risk my child life by choosing to commit a crime to come into a country illegally and live in that country illegally
I still think the Democrats should've chosen Warren. Someone who can rally the centre and the progressives, who can clearly and without sounding like an ideologue state the facts and make the case for truly caring policies, and who clearly expresses she cared, but can still argue anyone under the table. She should've been the compromise candidate.

Following the constitution exactly means blacks and women can't vote, slavery is a-ok, etc. I think it's more about being realistic about what the forefathers envisioned, but applying it to our time. Which quite frankly means a much needed total overhaul to remove money from politics.

In my contry ypu applie for beeing a judge in the supreme court and the Senate that apoint them after a heaing. To even be concidered to be apointed you need to have the right merits. Merits to be a judge i higer court takes about 8-10 years after law school. The Supreme Court has 16 members. The judges in Supreme Court do retire as they should, as all citizen as of leatest the month they turn 67.
