Although I am failing a lot more with out correction with my punches that leads me to ask the question how does throwing people work in systema and what can I do to work in the punching technique

I am happy to hear everything is changing for the better with you self practice.
When it comes to punching practice, if you have a partner, you can start by placing your fist on the partner in various locations you would like to strike. Next, place your fist in these locations again and push your partner. Keep a straight line from your elbow to your fist with a firm wrist when do this. You're comfortable and keep your balance while pushing then start your "push" a few inches away from the location you'd like to make contact with. The key here is to still push your partner the same as before, but now you have overcome the initial impact. That should get you started on punching an opponent.
If no partner, do lots of pushups. It could be against a wall or the floor. But, push the surface just as would a person. The only difference is you will move.
Throwing a person in Systema is similar to any other throwing art. It's about timing and leverage.
I have two other videos you might like if you haven't already seen them.
      One on punching, th-cam.com/video/P6AH2jQJK-w/w-d-xo.html.
And one that give some basics of breaking a person's structure. th-cam.com/video/udBiGEMDRqI/w-d-xo.html
      Enjoy.

Great Jesus, gonna get back into the course this week!

That's good to hear. I've been guilty of dropping out of the daily habit every once in a while too. Sometimes it's as simple as only planning training 1 minute at a time. If you do 1 minute and it feels good you're more likely to do two minutes. Then 5 minutes. Next thing you know, you're doing 15, 20, 30 minute sessions and feeling great.

I've wanted to learn this going on three years now and have watched enough to where I feel like I understand most of the concepts, but cant ever find someone else to practice with--mainly because I'm broke and cant afford it. These lessons you're posting, especially for solo, have help quite a bit for me. Keep up the good work and I cant wait to see more soon hopefully.

Hey, David. It's great that you're getting value from these videos. I know what it's like to not have access to people to train with and not having the extra money to find and attend actual classes. While I can't fix the "I'm broke", as you say, part of your life -- although, when I was broke, the basic teaching of Dave Ramsey helped me get control of money and my money mindset -- I can keep putting out videos such as these.
In fact, I've got 2 more Systema exercise videos coming soon. One on sit-ups and one on leg lifts.
