34 year old here, and a PokÃĐmon fan unabashedly. A bit âdisappointedâ that these guys seem fairly skewed by nostalgia or sometimes, comments seem completely unfamiliar with some of the series. Ranking PokÃĐmon Gen 1 higher than a C tier is clearly based off nostalgia, in my opinion. Interesting video nonetheless
Gen 3 and Gen 4 will always be my favorites and I started with Gen 1.
Not putting emerald in S tier is a crime.
Kanto carries Johto way too much. The Pokemon variety is trash, the story is recycled. The games are super easy (well the originals at least). What other reason can people use to say that Johto is the best BESIDES having two regions? And kanto in those games were boring.
Emerald, platinum, HGSS are the only S tier
Red, Blue, Yellow A. Gold, Silver, Crystal A. Ruby, Sapphire S. Emerald S+. Fire Red, Leaf green S. Diamond, Pearl B. Platinum S+. Soul Silver, Heart Gold S+. Black, and White S. Black, and White 2 S+. X, and Y C. Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire A. Sun, and Moon C. Ultra Sun, and Moon A. Let's go C. Sword, and Shield B. BDSP D. Legends Arceus S. Scarlet, and Violet A.
BDSP is just a remaster with worse features (friendship, a difficulty spiking, competitive league, nerfed bases). It's the World of Warcraft 3: Reforged of Pokemon.

That's the whole point of Let's Go - it's a great fame for non-PokÃĐmon people. Imagine teaching your normie girlfriend how to use Expanding Force in Psychic terrain. Like, would she even listen? Let's Go teaches a new player its simple mechanics in Gym tests. Perfect! And it's based in Kanto, the most important region for you to know to become a part of community. Like, how would you understand "I like shorts!" meme if you haven't played Kanto?!
I love the gen 7 games. Alola is a beautiful region. These games brought us the concept of regional variants... it's just sad that these games were getting trashed over and over again.
I've never been much into podcasts, but i absolutely LOVE when you 3 put out a new episode. So much that i even got Spotify for when i'm at work. Also subbed to each of you and i can't thank you enough for the entertainment you provide! Keep it up ya'll, you're my new favorite

This episode made me feel so good inside and brought back a lot of good memories. Crystal was my first game so Gen 2 will always be S tier for me. Still remember going to buy it second hand after finding an ad in the newspaper for it with the transparent GBC. Time flies ðĪ§
Diamond and Pearl are my favorite PokÃĐmon main line game. But I also lean on Black and white as the best
XY were the first games you can change your skin color and outfit as well. XY introduced so many new features.

what i liked about lgpe is that you can make any pokemon op with candies
I've only played Gen 8 and 9 so I can't give my options on the other games but I hope I get to play them someday.
I started with Yellow so I never had to debate which starter to choose until Crystal. Having all three starters on one team is a great deal.
Gen 3 was my most played game as a kid. I never had a DS, so I picked PokÃĐmon back up after the switch came out
