  • In this video I dive into two potentially new endometriosis symptoms that have crept into my chronic illness journey: excruciating lower back pain and changes to my digestion / movements.
I talk openly about these changes and how they’ve made me feel, as well as the importance of talking with your doctor about any new symptoms that you’re experiencing in your health journey. It’s always a good idea to get it checked out by a medical provider to rule other things out that may not be endometriosis-related.
I also touch upon some things that I’m feeling grateful for this week; specifically, the constant support from the endometriosis community!
How do you personally deal with excruciating back pain during an endometriosis flare-up? Additionally, if you suffer with bowel endometriosis, how are you naturally managing your pain / associated symptoms? Feel free to comment down below as it may help others in their unique journey!

I had lower back pain going on for few months for which I took MRI where doctor told me I have bulging/ herniation in lumbar area. I also had low vitamin D but at the same time I did ultrasound as I was getting bad cramps for past 7/8 months during menstruation. My ultrasound shows ovarian cysts and some fibroids. My brother who is a radiologist thinks they are due to endometriosis. He mentioned that cysts are mostly endometriotic kind. I had cysts and fibroids in 2019. Out of 2 cysts in 2019, one went away in 3 months and other one reduced in size. My doctor was not worried about it but since then I started experiencing different and sharp pains during mensus. Check my comment on your Dinogest and mental health video. I recently tried dinogest for a month and went through heavy bleeding and extreme pain while taking it and even more after stopping dinogest 2mg.

So sorry to hear you’re experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. So happy to hear that you’re able to be seen by a doctor to rule out other things. Are you able to connect with an endometriosis specialist where you live?

Absolutely! I have a video on my channel called 5 warning signs and symptoms of endometriosis that may be helpful! It’s not an exhaustive list by any means, but it’s a good starting point that could potentially be endo related!
