- [Stereo] Live appearance on mainstream USTV, featuring a pared-down stage presentation, and just Ms. Anderson on keyboards and vocals. An interview follows, which is somewhat informative, considering the usual proceedings on such a program.
Unique artist, love her so much, just herself completely, what a beautiful song too.
Thanks for posting! One of my very favorite LA songs...
+Diane Gaines You're most welcome! Wish it had come out without the small glitches, but, oh well.... ;)
Locked in to Laurie Anderson.. complete homage
Beautiful synthesizer pop. Glamorous music sounds. Great visual musical. Wonderful.
"Great song. Great lyrics. And a fun interview. Jay Leno asked some good questions and is very gracious."
'Ramon' is one of my favorite songs from the 'Strange Angels' album, although I would rather hear Laurie speak than sing. To hear or see her on video is one thing. To actually see her perform live was an amazing experience. I first heard of her when I saw the video to 'O Superman' in 1981. She had me...and I've been a fan ever since.
It’s a wonderful song 👍
Kerjillions of stars.... Love it
Beautiful red dress kicks patootie too
Coolsville. Fantastic song
laurie big star Anderson
Great! Thanks for posting.
+Dia Huizinga You're welcome! Glad you liked it :)
what a beautiful song - if you can help someone - do so!
Jay's questions were as if he were interviewing her for a junior high school newspaper. He squandered yet another opportunity to learn something important.
RAMON
steelygray I wasn't sure about this title, even though it was the one that came up when I had to agree to the copyright clause..... they've made mistakes before, and misidentified song titles on some of these clips I've been sharing. Thanks again!

Ramon .....es
the deep BLUE night?
I know this is an old comment but I think it's a Van Gogh reference - she also calls the stars spirals, like Van Gogh's Starry Night (with its deep blue night sky). This seems likely as she once called him her favorite painter in a radio interview. :)
