Awesome setups.
Thanks. I Appreciate you watching my videos it means a lot.
@@pnwchromecatchers no problem. I was hoping you could make it to the ocean fishing charter trip with all of us but it sounds like you had plans already? We still have one spot available.
Yeah we will be down in southern oregon doing some fishing otherwise I totally would. I will be headed down to college but would love to do it if you guys do it again lmk. We will be doing some fishing in Astoria in august and then I leave for college on the august 20th.
I tried Earl, he’s a busy guy. We will definitely be seeing you in Astoria. Maybe we will get lucky and see Earl out there???
Yeah we have been going down to buoy 10 for the last 5 years or so. So much fun and we can actually catch fish there.
Wow! I’m loving that underwater footage. Thanks for showing your setups.
More to come!
Great video and sharing your setup!🤙🏼
Your welcome hope it helps. Tight Lines 🎣🤙🏾
Thanks for showing us some setups. Can’t wait to see some live action on the water!
You and me both! 😂 If only we can catch one it has been a tough year. 6 Trips 2 takedowns fishing for springers.
@@pnwchromecatchershahaha! Are you going out this weekend?
We will be doing some Kokanee fishing at the lake this weekend and then headed down to southern oregon on the July 6th and staying till the 9th. If you see videos you know we caught fish if not then we suck 😂🤙🏾🎣
Haha that’s awesome, cannot wait to see all the fish you catch!! Have fun.
Great video, very concise. Thank you! Curious if you’ve noticed which hook, the 1st or the trailing hook, that gets the most sets? Wondering if a single treble hook would be effective. In the lower Niagara River we usually cut off the bottom hooks on Mag Lips or Kwikfish, keeping only the trailing treble hook. Seems to help with weeds and other snags. Larger bait with 3 treble hooks are a real nightmare here. Thank you again.
Glad this helped you! I’ve never really paid attention to which hooks do the best but I don’t lose a lot of fish on these setups. Thanks for watching!
Great tutorial!
@@motionsickness4088 Glad it helped! Thanks for watching!!
Solid video buddy!! Thank you for the support!!
Thanks dude. Love watching you and Hunter fish together on Alex’s channel. See you guys at b10 maybe this weekend. We will be there the 11th - 17th. 🤙🏽
@@pnwchromecatchers Solid bro I will be there tomorrow through Tuesday...if ya see the barge flag me down!! Keep up the good work! Love seeing you fishing with the fam!
Good job on your video. You ever use those spin doctor flashers with the spin fish?
Thanks for watching! No I have not just the normal pro troll or 360 shortbus!
Gonna try 'em in Lake Michigan. Nice video!
Sound like fun good luck and thanks for watching
Awesome info bro! I was going ask about the treble hooks but you beat me to it by answering it.
Yeah no problem. Thanks for tuning in. Subscribe for more videos like this one. Glad I could help!!
Great video awesome tips especially the hoochie What do you recommend for a leader length for the short bus flasher.
Thanks for watching! I usually run 36-42inch leaders with Spinfish sometimes longer!
Great info thanks for sharing
You bet
New subscriber here, thanks for the video. Question. I have used the double single hooks on a Spinfish for Chinook. I have thought about the treble and single hook, but have not done that yet. Which rig gets the best landing of salmon ratio do you think?
It really all depends on the day because I’ve had double trebles on a Spinfish before and still lost fish. And then other days I land every fish on them. I have caught fish on all 3 setups but my go to is single treble for the river fishing. I would use the treble in the ocean too if it was allowed. But yeah it’s all personal preference fish what your confident in. Thanks for subscribing means a lot. Tight lines 🤙🏾🎣
