It comes and goes! There are times I can fly around and get a lot 'done' and not even take a hit. Then there are times I am lucky to get airborne with campers over the airbase, or campers over the front line, or Magical Sniper AAA, etc. Apollo is back on line right now, and I have new HOTAS gear to map and try out, so we'll see how the next few sorties go for me! @Kamicosmos thanks. I've had the game for awhile but have mostly done single player. Just starting with multiplayer really and really like it, but the whole "older with family and responsibilities" thing really cuts into playing time so it feels hard to progress.
I hear ya! I also have limited time, especially during the week with kiddo's scouts and karate, and my own other hobbies. It can be very frustrating to sit down, knowing you only have an hour or two and yeah, you get shot down repeatedly, or the servers are laggy, or windows decides to be windows and ... there went your hour!
@@kamicosmos I am quite a good pilot and honestly feel like Im wasting my life away sometimes the amount of time it takes to get setup and airborne and fly to either barely survive a dogfight or just get bounced without notice. Its much effort just to get taken out in a split second. I tend to enjoy Berloga server more just straight dogfighting action and or single player. Also if feel more realistic in single player as I dont think the reality of flying would be so difficult. 1. spotting wouldnt be so hard, and you would have a good heads up where the enemy will be and somewhat prepared. It would be more clean-cut I think with moments of chaos, But doing all full missions on a computer screen is a royal pain in the ass I find at least in mp servers.
