This is the same reason I don't trust this so called beauty pageants.....this happened to me years ago when I was in class 11....I had participated in my district pageant n had won the winning title along with miss beauty with the brain...when I asked for my winning amount the organisers said that I will get the amount next week as the amount from selling the tickets are yet to be calculated.....but years have gone by and I think they are still calculating the amount😅😅.... When someone participates in these pageants there are lots of expenses from dresses to makeup to footwears etc..as well as mental preparation....its not easy.. Well I let that go as I thought atleast my name as first title winner will always be there....nyways.....I hope others also come and speak their mind.....support to you dear!!!
Everyone should know that Miss Arunachal is a Calender event which means every year the government gives 60 lakhs to the organisers to hold this event. And even after that, the organisers still take sponsership money from other bussiness men and politicians. The contestants also have to pay around 5 to 10K after registration and then there is the additional cost of all the stuffs they need to carry for the pageant. A single contestants have to atleast spend around 30 to 50K in this pageant. The winner gets the winning amount of course but apart from that to represent in Miss India, they are paid by the Government around 10 lakhs. The MAO has been taking all these money from the government, from the sponsers from the contestents and also taking cuts of the winners. This is so much corruption. And now instead of paying back Tengam her incentives they are paying to create memes and spread jate from fake accounts piting her against Lunia. We want the government, Ministry of youth affairs and HCM Pema Khandu to please review this matter. Because this is not the first winner who suffered this way. Others too have and future winner will too, if this is not corrected.
