I dunno if they have them in Canada, but here in the US we have a store called "Joann's", like a fabric/craft store. This past weekend they had them half or more off. Got that 20 something thousand jug for $12 (US). I always did perler beads as a kid, and now my son is super into them. I think he wants to make one of your Kirby's next. When I lived on the east coast they had a craft store called AC Moore. They had them discounted all the time. Sometimes here in CA Michael's will have them discounted but not that often.
Wow i wish I had a lot of money to get the storage bin and the beads I just ordered 2 sets of 4,000 beads that have 16 colors which means I'll get 500 of each color. I got it from Amazon. It's coming tomorrow!!! And also I got the giant peg board and 2 packs of 1,000 blacks. Do you think this is good start +QDCrafts ????
That's a really good start! I started with just a tiny pegboard and a bunch of unsorted beads, so you'll definitely save a lot of time and your sanity!

Are there any free pixel bead programs out there for Mac that are free? I have adobe photoshop, Inkscape, and a few other regular art programs. However, I want a program, which I have seen, that allows you to pick the size of the pegboards, adjust your image contrast, brightness, and so on. Also it shows you the layout of each pixel and the color and code number you need for each beads, along with how many you need of each color. Remember this is for the IMAC.
