if it hasn't changed Sweden is the 3rd largest in the world when it comes to music export. Behind the US and UK which is a wild stat considering how small Sweden is on a global scale
Think it was last month they came out with new numbers showing Sweden being in the second position after the United States. Fun thing and maybe not that surprising, Sweden is also second in music export/capita after Iceland

It was the same thing back then. Labels deciding what was good or not working together with big name radio DJs paying them on the side for playing certain songs.

"Max Martin" is a nick, and he is swedish.. "the law of Jante", im not that importante.. and I like to be able go on the streets and enjoy my old friends witout be chased by papparazzies! A lot of them.. was by celebrity/papparazzies forced to move to San Fransisco.. living in gated comunitys!

It is kind of impressive how much top tier singers, groups and songwriters and producers that comes from a country that only have 10 milion people.

yes but rember when paul was big it was so mutch easier to make music and hits ,max its the one who controll the landscape of music today

He's sooo crazy. Fun extra fact: he's said that kids are great for pop music. If kids like a track, they hum it and get stuck on it, then it's a hit.
