I am astonished by how much equipment you have, the complexity of it, and the amount of repairs and adjustments that have to be made before and during use. Further, I am tremendously surprised at how feminine you are and how involved you are at running the farm and sharing the manual and mechanical labor! You, young woman, are a prized catch for some lucky man. I can't begin to imagine why you don't have a line of pickup trucks and tractors forming a line at your home filled with young men vying for the chance to date you! I am very much enjoying watching you make your videos of life on the farm!
I love how the neighbor lent you such expensive equipment so you didn't fall back behind. That made me smile. It's not like you borrowed a wheelbarrow or shovel!
Erin, I love the vibe of the channel now! You seem much more at ease with life and fully joyful. God bless your new family. How much happier can a person be? Your channel will be the new zoom-space. Full speed ahead my dear. Although you may not be trying to you are an example to farming Christian business women. As well as to the body of Christians as a whole.
Thank you! Hate sounding like a bag, but glad to see you tied your hair back-especially around chain. Thank you again, loving your videos! God Bless our American Farmers
That one scene you did of a look of the fields from up high was awesome. Have you ever thought of a quad copter drone to fly over and give a higher and longer view? The model I have has a follow-me feature so I can be walking or driving and it will stay with me all the time recording. It was just a thought. Oh and by the way, I like the way you end your vlogs with Roscoe. Take care.
You are an amazing young woman, glad to see you getting your hands dirty helping your Dad. Keep the videos coming. it's fun to see how farming is going in other parts of the country.
Erin I wanted to say hi from South Carolina. A thank you are a very Beautiful heard working lady. I in joy watching your show. Please keep them coming. Keep up the good work.
These videos blow this city turned suburban old man away. My God, how can these folks fix constant mechanical issues on huge, complex agricultural equipment so easily? It really comes down to one link in some complicated chain sequence? This makes no sense to me but I will go along that this is the way it is. Really enjoying these videos and man, do I have a newfound respect for farmers/heartland. Y'all rock.
Wow, I've never seen brushes on corn heads at all. You forgot to ask the little bat "if he was alright" like Millennial Farmer does critters alive or dead.
I enjoy watching these so much. We'd have made a great team young lady.. I worked with my daddy everyday during hay season and all year round with cattle. You're doing a great job Erin. You'll also have great memories to pass along some day and a lot of knowledge. 💖
I got a femco 40 gallon sprayer with a 10’ boom and a wand. Cat 1 - 3 point works awesome for spraying rock walls and around buildings and driveways! Cheap cheap and saves your back!
You are absolutely an awesome woman and I totally respect what you're doin Ms Erin, good luck with yall's harvest, be safe! (Very nice on the eyes as well! Lol!)
I've used those brush chains before. They help with shelling in the head but brought in way too much trash and I had issues with grain loss out of the back of the rotor.
So, I see something on the back of your left hand @ 1:45 in the video. I doesn't look like a tattoo. I'm guessing your one of those folks who keeps notes on their hand and arm when they don't have paper. Helps to be organized. Love your channel.
I haven't seen someone use a torque wrench on tires in years. Good on you doing that, we just hammer them tight with a big impact and check them every day for a week or so.
Oh the mysteries of the youtube rabbithole machine! If it's Green , it's got to be seen! and the short clips updated my knowledge on things I don't normally see so much of nowadays: Greetings from Covid locked down Scotland, thisnow: and the Raccoon brought back fond memories of the 'Beverly ....' - well we liked them - dunno if that's the image you portray! Don't thinkso. You've a good take on showing things differently from other farming vid producers Thank you! Slàinte Mhath
If your auger cart tractor has auto steer? Set it up while running cart. Takes alittle bit of stress out of running it. Couple of different ways to set it up. Both work good.
I use half a honey bun , best raccoon bate I’ve ever used, put it all the way in the back of the trap . I have trapped and relocated 10 raccoons this summer on the farm .
I lived in West Lafayette from 1977-81 and I worked at a family camp in Remington Indiana, all the teenagers worked de tasseling hybrid corn. Perhaps your farm is close to Remington.
i enjoy the videos, middle america, really fun to watch, thank you Erin,.( HOT) up at 5:00 am and wine at maybe 9:00pm at least you get the taste of the wine, can,t get a buzz cause a hangover on a machine is no fun at all, been there, anyway, i love the videos keep them coming,...
I noticed that a lot youtubers have a ch list on there home Page like a friend's list. The big ones for example cole the corn star, Laura farms, Acre's of Clay,The chronicles of this farm wife,Beaver Vineyards, wtfarm girl and many more all excellent ch,s
Only a suggestion, get yourself some good gloves Depending on what i am doing I have deerskin for light stuff and good bump guard and cut resistant gloves for fixing, might seem a bit awkward but better then lacerations and such
They help cushion the ear as it is pulled down and off the stalk to reduce the amount of butt shelling. If there is any shelling at the head the brushes will gather a majority of those kernels and get them into the combine instead of them being lost.
We need more Erins.

They make very few like this little lady she is a keeper. I bet she is a daddy's girl and ain't nothing wrong with that!!!
I could get used to this lifestyle and job. I think I missed my calling...BTW; this country needs to produce more ladies like Erin.
Looks like a busy time for you guys. Thanks for sharing
Looks like your harvest is going reasonably well, glad to hear that.
Another great Farm movie
I was taking notes and then realized you left all the items in the description below!! Thanks!
Wow, I've never seen brushes on corn heads at all. You forgot to ask the little bat "if he was alright" like Millennial Farmer does critters alive or dead.

Boiler Up Erin. From an ME. Keep up the good work. You’re getting a hang of the mechanical repairs.
I've used those brush chains before. They help with shelling in the head but brought in way too much trash and I had issues with grain loss out of the back of the rotor.
you have my respect for saving the bat. They eat a lot of pests. They are very rare now in eastern canada.
You are a very hard worker great channel
Love the video! We need more content like this.

Loved that high up shot around the farm!
Cool video! Thank you for saving the Bat.
So, I see something on the back of your left hand @ 1:45 in the video. I doesn't look like a tattoo. I'm guessing your one of those folks who keeps notes on their hand and arm when they don't have paper. Helps to be organized. Love your channel.
yes, either a tattoo or notes - I remember in HS a few girls who did that - write ph numbers on their palms.
I haven't seen someone use a torque wrench on tires in years. Good on you doing that, we just hammer them tight with a big impact and check them every day for a week or so.
reminds me of being in Montana with my grandfather
Erin, maybe you could do a video on the relationship between you and the land owners. I know I would be interested in some of the details.
Oh the mysteries of the youtube rabbithole machine! Was that Fleabane you pulled out? How wide is that head, 40'?
I use half a honey bun , best raccoon bate I’ve ever used, put it all the way in the back of the trap . I have trapped and relocated 10 raccoons this summer on the farm .

You seem really efficient at what you do Erin. You know what you are doing. You will make a good farmers. wife
I lived in West Lafayette from 1977-81 and I worked at a family camp in Remington Indiana, all the teenagers worked de tasseling hybrid corn. Perhaps your farm is close to Remington.

Knee pads for crawling around on the shop floor can be nice to have.
Nice 👍 sweat shirt my dad used to be a Dekalb dealer.
You should get a P.O. box for your fans to send you stuff. Love your channel and Roscoe.
I actually have one, so I'll have to add it to the descriptions!
Beautiful girl and she seems down to earth. Whoever is dating her should wife her ASAP, they don’t make many of them like her.

Freeze some grapes and see if he likes them. They won’t be solid just cold 🥶😋
Wow big farm and beautiful land and how many acres??
You seem to have a real nice personality.
What's the brushes do that regular gathering chains don't?
love Roscoe lets hope he does not go wild.
What does everyone do for amusement on your farm during the winter?
so what are the advantages of using the brushes over the chains if i may ask ?
If I may ask also?
They help cushion the ear as it is pulled down and off the stalk to reduce the amount of butt shelling. If there is any shelling at the head the brushes will gather a majority of those kernels and get them into the combine instead of them being lost.
Everything Andrew just said!
