If you truly want to... it will happen. It can happen within this lifetime. You must find that part of your ego that is holding on to something and obliterate it with unconditional love.... oneness. So that the ego can no longer be offended and no longer has anything to prove to anyone. Humbleness is where you can find forgiveness, after the ego has let go. After forgiveness, you still have to treat them accordingly, now that you are no longer naive. Forgiveness is for your soul's benefit, not theirs. Through knowing yourself... you can reach a place of understanding where holding onto resentment is no longer possible within you.
