I feel like most people don’t know exactly what Sadhguru is saying or point out. He is saying something that is far beyond the perception, identity, knowledge and memory. The way we imagine ourself with some identity, identifies us with that belief. It feels like theoretical, but if you are able to see it in practical life, you will be amazed how true this is. The science of Yoga, people may think its outdated but this will be the most practical way of understanding our decision-making, understanding intellect and becoming a healthy and happy person.

Deepak Chopra is good at lot of things but I have heard some fluff too that is only good to our ears. Not substantial.

From some comments here, I can see many ppl don't get the spiritual side of what is said...and that certain maturity, personal experiences, n willingness are necessary to get what is said, because the brain, intellectual, reasoning, analytical skills, are not able to digest n comprehend soul/source, otherwise all Indians would be in peace n enjoy fulfillment.

Very enlightening to hear this whole video. So many great comments by all these wise one. The best part of my life is the past year since January 10, 2023 when I found a Holy Grail 1 hour process and I instantly transformed into living in divine Established Thoughtless Awareness (ETA) in the eternal moment now. It is the best experience in my life and I am always in it. Before this I was limited to human thoughts. Now I live connected with divine Source Energy in the eternal thoughtless moment now, being and doing now instead of thinking of the past or the future. It feels heavenly to me. It is beyond thoughts. I am living in blissful divine consciousness. Because, "When you quiet your mind, you stop all resistance." "Mental Silence is the Kingdom of God."

I usually forward interesting video clips abt health, re mind, body, emotions, soul, to many ppl I know, who could benefit from them. For fist time, I only forwarded this valuable clip only to myself. Because I couldn't think of anyone I know, to understand or get what is discussed n said!! This shows very few ppl in a multicultural country or society are ready.... for letting go of their IDENTITY according what is offered in this video clip, for the fear of losing themselves... not trusting the Source within them n their Soul. No wonder there are so many mental health issues, and depression in the world.
Even the researchers, n ppl like myself, having had death/rebirth experience n many near death experiences, plus years of being trained by the Source n its helpers, apart than academic education, are depressed because of the environment we live in, without realizing we are depressed.
