Compared to my countries USD, Pesos look way cooler. More artwork, see-through security, a almost plastic like feel compared to the paper our currency is on.
In 2018, they launched a new series of banknotes, representing each historical period and an ecosystem. Banknotes: 50 pesos - Axolotl. (Magenta) 100 pesos - Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. (Red) 200 pesos - Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and José María Morelos y Pavón. (Green) 500 pesos - Benito Juárez. (Blue) 1,000 pesos - Carmen Serdán, Hermila Galindo and Fransisco I. Madero. (Gray) 50 - Founding of Tenochtitlán and the rivers and the lakes of Xochimilco. 100 - Colonial period, temperate forests and the Monarch butterfly. 200 - Independence movement of 1810, Biosphere reserve "El Pinacate" in Altar, Sonora and the golden eagle. 500 - Restoration of the Republic of 1867, Biosphere reserve of "El Vizcaíno" in Baja California Sur and the gray whale. 1,000 - Mexican revolution of 1910, humid rainforests, ancient Mayan city of Calakmul in Campeche and the jaguar. Note: There's a possibility that a $2,000 peso banknote will be in circulation, if it's seen as necessary and the obverse will feature Mexican writers Octavio Paz and Rosario Castellanos for the contemporary era and reverse will feature the dry rainforests, Maguey bat and old industrial facilities of Tequila.
The polymer banknotes are the ones with a transparent see thru window with holographic images laser embossed on them that is more durable, waterproof, cleaner, lasts longer and extremely difficult to counterfeit which the technology began in Australia, today Mexico is one of the more than 30 countries which now have one of the world's most advanced and secure banknotes.

I was born in Mexico and honestly the amount of money people make a day is a true and just amount of an average human been if we were to average all 7.5Billion people on earth Mexican make $40.00 a day in U.S. Dollars and Americans make $4,000 in a week so america is insane in how much money they make they are lunatics
Each peso is worth about a nickel (5 US dollar cents), so about 20 pesos per dollar. Still, in most places excepting the capital, things will be cheaper than in the US, so someone earning like 60 pesos per month is still WAY better off than someone earning $3 a month in the US
Are you aware that the value of a currency isn't relevant? It's how it holds its value over time and its purchasing power what matters. Look at the yen, around 100 to 1 USD, yet it's one of the most traded currencies in the world.
@@JCarlosCS1221 I would also like to point out that the yen counts by what would effectively be cents if compared to USD, so the Yen is effectively in parity with USD
