Ellie you are a true inspiration to us all. I have had cancer 3 times and still get anxious over different aches and pains and am in my 60's. I wish I had had someone like you to help me through the many stages; it does not stop after chemo. You are a strong brave soul. Thank you.

I've finished chemo and surgeries but have to take a hormone blocker for 9 more years. I am having a chest CT on the 31st to see if my cough is caused by my breast cancer returning. You are an inspiration and you will do well with a career in the medical field!

Wishing you the best. The waiting and unknown are so difficult; everyone says do not worry but one that is not facing this cannot really understand how we feel.

Ellie is a remarkable person. I wish she could come speak at a Curefest in North America.

Thank you. I have been asked to speak at CureFest a few times, but due to the expenses and the time of year I haven't been able to make it there. :(

3:30 I think everyone should live our lives that way period because we never know what's going to happen whether you have cancer or not! It could be permanent disability or death in a car accident or something else to change our lives, so you don't have to ever have cancer to follow this. Ellie, you are wise beyond your years!

I was given the all clear in February but I had an operation to remove the tumour from my spine and doing so did a lot of damage to my right leg. I've found a new hobby in airsoft and I'm yet to go and play a game. I'm skeptical because I can't walk as fast as everyone else or run. I'm at school normally and that's okay I don't feel stressed or anything but yeah that's my experience with remission so far.

Thank you for sharing your story with me. Im sorry to hear about the damage to your leg. I think it is awesome that you are doing airsoft, because I think people's confidence in their sporting abilities decreases after treatment (mine sure did), so it's great that you are confident enough to do it - well done!!
I am glad to hear that you are coping well with remission life, I wish you the best in remission.

@@teamellie648 Thank you so much for your reply it means a lot coming from you as you were a big role model for me during my treatment I reacted surprisingly well to chemotherapy only throwing up twice in the whole of my 24 cycles. As I said the operation wasn't so good but I went over to America for proton radiotherapy and that wasn't so bad. I had a ewings sarcoma in my spine if you were wondering on the exact type of cancer I had. Thank you for the great content you're really doing good work here!
