      Hi Satnam,
      yeah as per my understanding, you ca apply for Parent visa the next day of getting PR, but i would suggest, search in google for migration lawyer in parramatta or sydney or Melbourne, and they charge 50 AUD for half an hour session, they will guide better for sure, as I am not sure about 870 visa

    Thank you for this video. Was looking for this information for long! Do you know the cool off period for the temporary visa? Is it allowed to re-apply immediately after the completion of 3 years?

    • @dil_chahta_hai_australia
      @dil_chahta_hai_australia  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi bro,
      I guess you wanna know about 870 visa, for this visa after completion of 3 years, there is a cool-off period of 3 months, so after 3 months again can apply, but at-most Parents can live in australia for at-most 10 years, so 4 times you can apply 3 years visa, however last time you get 1 year of stay, and 2 times you can apply for 5 years, after then need to choose from other 6 visas like 143 or 864 visas

      Visa name, Validity of visa (renewal, and she has to come back after 3 months and do some gap or gap is not required) and health insurance cost.

      Hi Vikram,
      After the initial Medical Test, they may ask for further test to check liver damage, but should be no problem, They will ask you to keep Private insurance throughout the life for your father
      on 600 visa, again chances are very very very rare of getting bridging unless you are in short term job such as Teacher or Medical profession,

    Can my parents stay in aus while processing time of permanent visa?

    • @dil_chahta_hai_australia
      @dil_chahta_hai_australia  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi bro,
      The rules are different for each visa, for 870 your parents can stay in Australia with 600 visitor visa, for 3 months at a stretch and then leave australia for at-least 1 day and come again for 3 months
      For other visas like 103, generally parents should not be in australia, but because of covid i have heard, parents are allowed 600 visa, i would suggest to check this with an agent for better clarity

    • @dil_chahta_hai_australia
      @dil_chahta_hai_australia  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi bro,
      for 870, ek baar 5 years poore ho jaaye uske baad australia se jaana padega and for 90 days cannot apply for 870 again, so australia se jaana padega and 90 days ka wait, ad phir se apply kar do 870 and around 2-3 months me aa jata hai so 5-6 months india me rahna padega

      Hi,
      Yeah, for Australia at-least 50% of childrens should be PR or citizens, however you cann apply for 870 visa for 3 or 5 years, and you can get in 4-6 months,
      After completion of 870 visa, you have to go back to Pakistan wait 3 months and then re-apply 870, this is a good option
      However, once you complete 10 years on this visa after re-applying 2-3 times, then you cannot apply this 870 again, but yeah this way you can stay in australia for 20 years with 6 months gap at 5 years
