3 ovos inteiros
8 g de acucar de baunilha
120 ml de óleo
150 ml de leite
230 g de farinha de trigo
20g de cacau amargo
15 g de fermento para bolo
Assar por mais ou menos 30 minutos em 180º.
Calda para molhar o bolo quando pronto:
100ml leite
1 colher de chá Cafe instantâneo
1 colher de cha de cacau
Misturar e molhar o bolo.
Creme(levar ao fogo)
60g de acucar
25 g de amido de milho
20 g de cacau amargo
250 ml de leite
Levar ao fogo e quando der ponto acrescentar:
100 g de chocolate amargo
30 g de manteiga
Mexer e apagar o fogo e despejar por cima do bolo. Levar a geladeira para esfriar.
