6:50 I had played PG3D during that time, the axe was stone and when upgraded to max it turned into diamond, the prototype had minor modifications, when it was level 2, it had the number, when it was max it had the number 3 on it, the crossbow was similar to the axe, stone to diamond.
8:09 that was a theory people came up with because on the 1st level the second floor is blocked, as if newbie is hiding someone.

There was a period (2018 circa) where every new weapon released in updates was just a reskin of previous weapons.
Like the laser revolver, reskin of the executioner.

I think the part about the pixel gun 3D lore could be talking about how confusing and difficult it is, to piece together the themes and the tiny bit of lore they gives us with each updates together because the updates are considered Canon for instants in the etamkcehc map for this Christmas there is a small section of the map that has a secret foundation outpost with a billboard declaring this map a alpha level threat with writing in the back saying the mirror world is not what it seems.

I've stopped playing pixel gun for like 4 years now because life got in the way and new hobbies. This iceberg is like a list of nostalgia for me, i used to play this game when i was like 7 and i'm now almost 17. Good times, great video btw
I was playing the game since the beginning before upgrades were a thing before gems those were probably the most fun I've had with the game the game has changed so much since then too many guns that aren't used everyone using the ultimatum and primary weapons that aren't shotguns are underpowered.the update before gems and the introduction of gadgets like mech and turret was the funnest I've ever had where everyone was basically equal no matter what upgrade of a gun you had sure we had broken guns like peacekeeper etc but it was never as bad as it is today

There were three gadget slot (throwing,tools, support) and there's one gadget called ressurection basically it gives you a second chance but it was removed bc of some unknown reasons
Also the support slot is removed and its replaced with weapon gadget
Resurrection got replaced into Uno reverse

I vaguely remember playing in the Aircraft Carrier map, it was pretty good. It kind of reminds me of those two giant walking things, another currently existing (as far as I know) map that is still in the game.

I think that the "newbie had a family" is evident in the first campaign level where if I'm not wrong, there's multiple plates and stuff on the table
After a match there were A few specific weapons that they could allow you to use for one or more games, those weapons are crystal laser cannon, “predator”, marksman, laser crossbow, bass canon, and mines launcher
Im one of the people who used to play pg 3d back where when you upgrade certain guns they change due to the level of their upgrade I remember the sniper “prototype” was one of the best snipers back then and I used the fast pistol which sadly turned to a burst pistol with the max upgrade look which shocked me cause i remember it was yellow to blue when you upgrade it
Newbie has a family theory was in an old PG3D video by a TH-camr I can’t remember the name of, it basically states that the guy in the campaign had a family that was hidden in the upstairs portion of the farmhouse in the first level. At least the one I remember.

I remember when the guns changed to a different variant with each upgrade, and that was one of my favorite features.
i wish you could still do that they should add the old skins of og guns like ak48 and combat rifle into the skins shop for guns

As someone who played many years ago, videos like this give me a lot of nostalgia. There are so many things I wish the devs hadn't changed it's almost sad to play now.

7:00 I remember my first upgraded weapon to either be fast dead or black python as those guns I had changed the base to the different collars. I begun playing PG3D around 2014 & stopped at 2019. I even remember that one hiding stop in the big tree on heaven garden map to try & hide after some kills
Started playing just as potions were removed and stoped at about 12.x.x. It’s heartbreaking what the game became.
We can’t forget the Baby laughing in that one classroom in the Silent School Map!
EDIT: I originally saw it in a Pixel Gun 3D Mythbuster video and it turned out to be true. I believe the room has floating paper in it.
The 3 star upgrade system was def the best one ever implemented
As of the 10th anniversary update, the desert fighter has been rereleased into the 200 essence chest as a reward. Something a noticed which makes it a whole lot less rare.
I’ve played one year after the release and I definitely remember it being that when you upgrade a weapon it changes design slightly

Also the fact is that In Old Pixel gun server people have found 3 newbie skins no where to be found in the main game and a racist joke inside 11.2.4 with the N word Yes i mean it A god dam n word!
also Pixel gun has some unused hats never modeled only their icons in version 8.0.0 strangely The evil brain was introduce there and was used in the 10.6.0 update
Also Pixel gun used to change their skins by upgrading them such as Silver, gold and crystal, but also Killer mushroom has the old name of Aviana before changed to hitman pistol since the fact is that old pixel gun files are very very intresting how theres this unused elixer in 4.7.1 but used in 3.9 and below
Also the first maps are Deadly arena, City of the dead and the Mummy's temple
Campagin maps have their multiplayer names
Such as City of the dead (City level) Mummy's temple (Desert) Scary hospital (Hospital) and Midnight Graveyard (Cemetery)
Those were the first removed Multiplayer maps in the game
Also the fact is that the first removed weapons are Combat rifle, Battle shovel and Creeper Scyle before returning in 5.2.0
Also Parallel World MP Map has the Monster spawn still ready to use in the map files after is removal to replace the Campaign File name Gulk 2 while the deadly games file name is Gulk 3
Reminds me of the good ol days of using the swat rifle and sniping in the halls of slender forest, really wish I can go back in time where things were simple

Ive been playing pixel gun 3d since its debut, a lot has changed for the games talking about the amount of pays walls 4 years ago but recently they have done a lot of changes to the lottery, events every 2 weeks.
my favorite video was the fast death and yes i remember when it changed sprites, i liked the crystal one because of how it looked, i like the color, the sprite, everything about it, god i wish they added that feature back but with something like a revert option for players who liked the older sprites.

Damn. I've started playing the game in 2014 have some achivements in google play from 2015 and stopped around 2019-20 when everything was going to nowhere. Now seeing so many nostalgic stuff just brings tears to my eyes.

I remember I was obsessed with type prototype back in 2015 or so, it was so damn op. And I upgraded it to max and I think something on the gun turned blue
The fast death used to be automatic,and its default version was black with glowing blue sights,and when you upgraded it for the first time it became gold(**).Nowadays the design we see is what the 2nd upgrade(diamond with stock added) looked like.

I remember in early days kids on their phones just trying to move around and struggling and I used to play on my phone and used to jump around the wall and do Parkour and rekt them in the early game i was on the top of the leader bored but now I get rekt every time I join because I've had no practice and no idea about how the game works now
fun fact, possibly one of the most obscure things regarding this game that I have never been able to find anything about online, but this game used to have an infinite jump glitch all the way before they added the gem curency. You could equip the ninja boots, do the double jump, then go into the gear menu and quickly take them off then put them on again, then leave the menu, jump again, and you could do this infinitely to gain insane height and go out of bounds. Then this randomly got fixed when they added jetpacks to the game. As far as I know I'm literally the only player who ever found out about this glitch so years ago. I think there was the space station map on multiplayer and i used it to jump all the way to the moon and then i was able to walk on the moon there. maybe if someone can get an old build of the game they can test this out but its something ive always remained curious about because ive looked online and never found anyone else claiming that this was an exploit that existed at all.
There was also that one time I got an infinite gem reward glitch that i used to get a free p2w weapon lol. both of these were like 2014ish i think
I'd like to say, helmets were actually something insane when they first came out. Before, you only had the chest piece, and it could be upgraded to give you extra armor and whatnot. Then one day, they come out with helmets. Even though I had a maxed out chest piece, I started at wood on my helmet, but upgrading it gave you insane amounts of armor, it felt like. You basically doubled your health, and anyone who didn't have their helmet upgraded to max fell behind. Eventually they got downgraded to a cosmetic, but when it came out, helmets were revolutionary.
I remember when weapons skins changed as you upgraded them. That was also when fast death was full auto and not semi auto
Man I remember the judge, it was insanely fun, I'd go on this 1v1 in a train station map if memory serves me right, there was this little nook you could hide in behind a dumpster, I'd hide there and just fly rockets into the enemy, it was so much fun.
6:50 The different fast death models were so sick. Also the grenade launcher turned into the apocolypse which then turned into the armagedon (i think)
pixel gun 3d was my first video game ever, which I started when I was 7 in 2014. its so nostalgic seeing all the old memories. i thought this community died a long time ago and it is refreshing to see that I was wrong
When I played PG3D years ago (game seems like an alien world haven’t played it it years) I rented the crystal laser cannon for free. The game let me try it out for 2 matches. The gun was like 150 gems but they discounted it to me for like 25. Pretty sick feature I won’t forget, sad I haven’t stuck around with the game.

I loved the game back when weapons would change models when upgraded. I miss running around with my Rambo rifle, crystal fast death, prototype and big buddy. It saddens me I can't go back to then.
I was there early on man... I remember watching the game burn after a certain point in time. When the maps changed, hackers were everywhere, and gems got introduced. That was where I stopped playing. Never looked back.
I was lucky enough to have played Pixel Gun World, and I really wished it was still a thing. They executed some concepts better than their main game, which is a little crazy. Hope I could see it again someday. Having played since like 2014, I feel quite satisfied that I know pretty much everything on this iceberg. (Don’t play anymore) edit: I remember, once upon a time, I was rank one in Adamant league. I don’t know if servers were a thing, but adamant was the highest league at the time, and assuming there was no region-based servers, I might’ve been rank one in the world.
i remember making water in my mouth when looking at the prototype especially with that blue arrow and 3 on it. old days are gone, but now i have the golden skin on it that i got back in 2018 with gold. i also have my full set of wepaons with the gold skins that first apperaed, tha being golden automatic peacemaker, golden steam revolver, golden poison cannon, golden prtotype and golden toy bomber, they all costed gold, and might not be the best at 3 cat spamming and other sweaty shit like that but i atleast have the og golden style

I don't know if anyone remembers this but one time back in 2014 when I was playing the silent school map on campaign I walked into this one classroom and a creepy laugh of a kid started happen. Once I heard that I immediately left. I was 5.
I remember playing so much in 2015-2016 or probably a year more, I used to love the Bee Swarm spell for that "Magician set"... But it was unfortunately all in the past...
I remember playing this like a few months after it was released, or when it was changed to pixel gun 3d, I was a little kid back then and I think I remember the Prototype changing when I upgraded it. Still a classic game.
Yeah I played when the guns changed looks. The go to to get coins during the time I first started playing was arena. For every I think 100 thousand points which was easier on the higher rounds you would get an additional 10 coins.

I played when you could upgrade your weapons and they could change, I remember just being so excited to use the gun that I just upgraded, I also rented lots of weapons one time it offered me my favorite gun and I was so happy that I got to use it, love the day when the game was not as pay to win😭

Idk if I'm considered an OG, but i used to play from 2016-2018, when i was in 6th - 8th grade. I also knew about the game from friends since elementary school.
I don't think i played the game before gems were a thing, but i remember when they removed helmets and we got a bunch of coins.
There is a glitch that is kinda like a exploit basically it would disable collision for certain objects meaning you could hide in stairs and what you see is clipping through stairs or bushes but what the enemy sees is you standing infront of the bushes or stairs but when you go past it they see you teleport it’s happened to me and it rarely happens
Here is another glitch idk how it activates but it makes the player it happens to be a enemy even though they are on your team sometimes they can hurt you and you can’t hurt them it shows them with a white name

I played pixel gun in like 2014 im pretty sure, i remember the rent thing, i also remember that grenades weren't equipment and had to be pick up like the ammo and health, plus im pretty sure the jetpack and mech were your only equipment
The school campaign also have a litteraly undead kid enemy but it's like the face are gone but its flesh looks distorted. Really miss the creepy aspect of the first world.
yessir loved the feature when your gun would change and your melee had iron gold, diamond the diamond crossbow was a go to sniper back then along with the prototype sucks what the game is now. I wish there was more of a story to the game some typa lore its been out for so long and the campaign isn't done idk

I remember when weapons changed when being upgraded. Weapons now that are light blue such as the fast death or the sword used to start out white, then gold, then blue.
It used to make me mad whenever I would upgrade my weapons the design would change, because I thought the original designs looked very cool

renting some vacuum gun in the special category, I watched an ad and destroyed people inside of it. They gave me a 10% discount ( or something else, it’s been a while ).
I also remember when u changed the armour like ruby gold adamant the black type of armour didnt exist then and u also had adamant helments not the one in game right now i also remeber the homing weapons. the renting was also owesome i remember the original weapons like the submarine were rented 5 matches they were overleveled and the discount was owesome.

I don’t know if anyone will read this, I (an OG player from 2014-2015 ish) used to play a lot of deadly games. There was one time though, might’ve been deadly games or the arena, but there was a glitch where if I died or tried to exit the app it would freeze. However, when it would freeze it would show a Miner skin and text saying something but I forgot what it said. It might’ve said something about the next update that was coming which really confused me. Anyways, I thought it would be interesting to tell you guys 😂.

i experienced the gun changing when you upgraded it my favourite one was fast death it started as iron then got a bigger handle then changed to gold then changed to diamond
I started playing the game when guns changed their skins when upgraded. Not only that, upgrades often changed certain mechanics of the gun. The best example of this are the old rocket launchers. I forgot the names, but the upgrade path started with a cannon (like the type you’d see on a pirate ship), which would upgrade to a more conventional rocket launcher, which then upgrade to the Armageddon rocket launcher. The cannon’s projectile was affected by gravity iirc and could be lobbed over walls, the Rocket launcher was just a standard rocket launcher, and the armageddon upgraded the clip size and changed a few other mechanics. It was a very fun system, I can’t say the game is better without it.
PS: This is back before gems were a thing. I can’t say the game is better with them than without.
I remember during like 2015 I think i was playing on my grandmas iPad and loaded into pool but it would just lag so badly because the iPad was just so old
