I have reservations coming up in a bit over three weeks! Definitely looking forward to this one, I remember when the signs were posted on the door before the restaurant opened, and yet for some reason I never bothered to come until now😂 A pity they don’t allow outside alcohol though, I hate having to pay for markups…

Hey Jenny, great video, question for you. Is it possible to cut the audio of the background people, I can't explain it but it feels like they bring down the quality of your editing experience to this video. Overall, great job, not sure how I found you but been subscribed for awhile now. You make me wish I could afford this stuff.

I'm definitely a novice at the audio aspect. I'll try my best to improve the audio. Thank you for being patience and support!

why does he cut like that? at first glance it seems like his knife may not be sharp enough but considering he's a master I'm guessing it's his style of cutting extra thin sashimi?

I do appreciate when food looks good and is nicely presented, but that gold flakes are just pretentious. You're a restaurant not a brothel, just add an extra nice little piece of nigiri to make people happy.

Putting gold on food should be illegal; it tastes of nothing and it literally ends up in the toilet. Such a stupid waste of a precious metal that is damaging to mine and has important uses in technology and healthcare.

Right. That food already looks awesome, no need to add pretentious kitsch.
