This track is dope! I started watching HWDR with 3D Botmaker during Covid. To see this world now expand is awesome! TSDRC I think has the most exciting tracks out there. Looks professional! But the caveat to any Diecast racing channel, is the announcing. Dog, I don't know who you are, but you have a job waiting for you in broadcasting somewhere else! Please explore those opportunities. I'll follow and support all day. You have a captivating voice with the right pitch and tone when required. Good luck and I hope you keep making more videos to share! God bless and good health.

Oh, man--Numbskull with those nosediving jumps, almost flipping over on his roof but maintaining control... and Ned Mundston just... DOMINATING in the tiebreaker, "Just shut it down, I'm done here!" Amazing stuff, and as well, good clean racing today, no major car damage!

@@theskyway Whoa, hold on, hold on--I said it was all clean racing, but I stand corrected! There WAS a failure today, in Race One: Mundston lost control and FLIPPED over on his roof--but it happened so fast it was a "blink and you'll miss it" moment! Check the roll cages! MEDIC! But of course, he recovered and crushed it in the tiebreaker as we know, redeeming himself!
Excitement plus!. Tied for 1st and 2nd to the last run and then a tie breaker to settle the result, and with a new track record time to boot! What a show. You mentioned jumps during the race. Mundson makes a very clean jump landing on all 4's in the tiebreaker. Some nice castings there too. Awesome ! 🏁
So true Mundson really does ride the jumps cleanly. Not crazy air but smooth and calculated landings 🙏 thanks so much Kit, for watching. Really loving this tournament!

@@theskywaySir Lord of the manor. I believe the track design is the trick here. Builders are in a class to themselves, for sure the new green red tire sidewall thing is r gopd. As good as they are, I don’t c that they have figured out drifting or sponsors. I mean, dining at RedRobin is big problem!

All y’all one upping each other out there is far too exciting!
I love all of these drivers. Seriously love them. But I would be a fool not so pick Numbskull. Recently it seems like his builds have been AMAZINGLY fast.
Race 1: "Before, After. Before. After!" What a finish. Love that Numbskull put so much pressure on the leaders here. Fantastic run. Can't wait to see him in the front row.
Race 2: Eeek! Oh that dang wall. That's section of track is so deceptive there. Feels like a nice straight away but has really done a number a few drivers. Still, Numbskull finishing 2nd here would have been great, but two third place finishes from the back row isn't bad.
Race 3: LOL!!! What a race. Is that the biggest air yet? Numbskull had such a huge jump because of his speed and I'd guess the weight placement really shows with how hard his nose dug into the track. And the 180 to finish the race was so epic :)
Race 4: Wow. Numbskull is so freaking fast. If the landing to the jump were 6" farther to help him land on the ramp, I'm sure he would have a speed record.
OVERTIME!!! You know Nick and I talk a lot, so I've got to pull for him here. (after race) GO NICK!!!!!!!!! Track record! I'm so happy for him :)

This race really did have some remarkable moments. The 180 in the final 90 is so extra I love it. Numbskull showing his skill after his baffling fall from the track in race two. Such beautiful builds in this group. Maybe my fav. And most definitely it’s Nick Edmundson in that mustang fast back. It’s such a great fast ride and the paint job is so mint! Such an elegant build style.

Every second of every lap was nothing short of EPIC! Exhilerating excitement as real as it gets, accept it.
Gratz to Numbskull and Ned, great builds and great driving. Racing like lightning, left your opponent's striving.
And what's to be said of the spot-on brilliant commentary? It puts you in the driver's seat and you clench your cheeks momentarily.
You clear the twist, and you land the jump, your mind is convinced that you felt that bump.

There was no doubt Numbskull could pull this out ! He truly is the king of comebacks. However today someone kinda stole the spotlight for me, and it's Ned Munson. This speed is out of this world and he looks very promising for the future ! (also, there seem to have been a problem with the names of the participants in the leaderboard, it was a bit difficult to follow this time, but no worries !)
Thanks so much Victor! Yea Ned Mundson surely made himself known in the final moments of his time in Round One. Can’t wait to see him advance on! And thank you for the heads up, I’ve received a few reports regarding the leader boards. At the least the information was correct. The pictures however didn’t match. & Then you get a contrast of a well lit final stretch
I rather enjoy it the way it is actually. Maybe a second track on land with awesome dioramas.
@@crypttonite I agree with this; keep the Dioramas outside of the racing and keep the "night track" and lighting the way it is; this means your eyes are focussed on the action, the cars, the commentary, nothing unnecessary; everything's super tight and focused!
More great racing and intense action!
Just as an aside, are you sure the right Mustang was in the tie-break, or am I confused? Also, on the final score chart (after the tie-break) the driver names and thumbnail pictures don't match.
Great tournament, none the less!
I've just rewatched it - the tie-break was correct - it's the thumbnails after race 4 that are wrong!

@@theskyway No worries! I realise that if you're doing the whole show alone as a hobbyist there's a lot of things to get right - running the races, filming, doing the commentary, editing, adding the graphics, and keeping track of the scores, so mistakes are bound to happen.

Thanks. Me too. The car didn't have the speed in the upper half of the track and needed few more inches in the first race for the photo finish to go the other way.

Everything is perfect apart from that jump in the track really disrupts the pure racing and kinda gives it an arcadey feel the cars will sit really nice and run down towards the end much tighter without that jump in volved jst ny 2 cents
