I absolutely love your videos! I find them so inspiring. Even though I'm not baking, I often find myself thinking about things differently because of something I saw in one of your videos. Thank you for sharing so much of your process... it's wonderfully helpful in so many ways!
Hi Julia! I'm quite new to your channel, but I love your videos so much! I'm an aspiring pastry chef and I love seeing videos that help open my mind about different ideas! I had never even thought of casting sugar but now there are ideas for all kinds of things! Cake toppers, decorations, wow! You really are an inspiration and I'm really glad I subscribed! :)
I have searched forever to find clear egg mold like you are using. PLEASE... can you provide a link, or tell me the magic words to search for this? (And do you have any opinion about adding egg white to sugar cast for stronger setting?)
i have been binge-watching your videos for days and i have to ask, what advice do you have for someone to start who cant think of an original idea as far as decorating things. where do you draw inspiration?
I don't know if you tried this before. But for the light green leaves, you could maybe cut them out as white and then spray them with the dye, that why you use less of the can and have more forsting sheets for a next project. No idea if it's doable. Love the video as always!!
Julia this is awesome. The eggs look gorgeous. Also I wanted to try this project but when I went to the Wilton site the mold was discontinued. :( Would you happen to know where to find the Easter Egg Candy Molds?
I show how to make them in the video, so I am not sure I understand your question. I use granulated sugar, not powdered (aka icing) sugar. The process will not work well with powdered sugar. I hope that answers your question??
@@santinasantos3012 The recipe is in the video description under the video; click on "SHOW MORE" and scroll down to see it. It's in English though, so you will have to translate it (1 cup granulated sugar to 1 tablespoon of water, basically). All of my key links and sources are always in my video descriptions. Thanks for watching.
Brings back memories and I miss seeing these eggs. Another great video of yours. Thanks for sharing.
