@ i dont disagree with you, most of dwarka is inhabited with people from around najafgarh and similar crowd and only 2-3 sectors of dwarka are considered prime ones now which were deserted earlier but only because of recent developments have gotten better. But not everyone in dwarka are chapri and gawar, exceptions are always there, like you are also an exception in magnolias when rest of magnolias are fine people.
@@saurabhceaseless Never targeted you personally but if that is the route you want to take I shall go with it, from my personal experience the only good thing that has come out of Dwarka is the Dwarka Expressway, excellent for driving my m2 (bank statement under my name and am currently still paying the loan for it) or my dads g63. Don’t expect you to be so called “fine” as if you have ever visited golf links which I have a strong intuition that you have not, people here are quite the opposite of the so called fine. It’s more egoistic so say the least as everyone wants to prove theyre wealthier than the others and often lose their personality in doing the same. Dwarka will take a minimum of 20 years of development to attain the status of gurgaon. Don’t go off of planning as if you do minimum research many of the projects are lacking funding and extension road is looking like a much better option for real estate and high rise buildings. Let’s be honest, gurgaon has exhausted 80% of its land due to large part of the Aravalis being protected by dlf and there is not much space for expansion and that’s why there are not many high rise projects coming up outside of maybe tulip Monsella and prices are skyrocketing (I bought my apartment in 2022 at nearly half the price it is currently) and gurgaon will become less and less accessible for the working/middle class and will become more like south delhi or sobo. Which is where Dwarka comes into play, hopes of the same high rise buildings may be fulfilled eventually but are you willing to wait upwards of 2 decades. Also, if you’re not personally being attacked in a statement kindly don’t go attacking others without any logic. There’s a lot more to life than a TH-cam comment and before you start with the same old saying that I’m a privileged rat I just want to establish that all my wealth is self made, I’m a cofounder of a company that specialises in applicant portofolios and fact checking them and all 3 of my cars, the house I’ve bought for my dad in Aralias and his g63 along with Porsche boxer are all funded by me so don’t go around stating whether or not someone is ‘fine’.
