Sir , it totally depend on your requirements if you are looking something ready to move in with an address of golf course road than Icon but if you want new construction and also , mordern technology and club house with better amenities than new projects .
As an end user or for the investment?? Because as an end user if you are liked the location and pricing includes the premium you are paying for it than you can close but as an investment I think comercial is still undervalued.
