- "I love riding my bike. It's the best thing."
From World Cup Downhill to BMX to coach to Enduro racer. Innes Graham (@innesgrahambike) has more reason than most to find that elusive balance of riding for work or pleasure.
Between coaching for the prestigious Dirt School, training for UCI EDR, the best thing for Innes to get stoked on riding bikes again, is riding bikes.

Incredible riding from Innes as always and a truly honest interview. It was a pleasure working on this project with him!
Cracking edit Liam 👌
Well done! perhaps the ending credits 1s longer next time ;-)
This is awesome mate. Lovely bitta storytelling
Best thing I've watched and listened to in a long, long time.
Amazing human and amazing film, will always be inspired by seeing how you managed to pick yourself back up after some serious setbacks, so much respect.
What trail is that at the end? Looks amazing! Cool video and awesome watching the shred.
What a story and what a nice video. High quality riding shots with a beautiful color grading. The drone shot (7:28min) is so nice, didn´t expect to see innes coming in the frame again.
Great vid. That last follow cam shot 👌
What a beautifully shot an insightful video ❤ Man is a legend. One of the most stylish guys on an enduro bike and an absolute gent in real life 👍
What a video troops! The telephoto drone pan shot at 6:32 is something else 🔥
Cracking video, enjoyed that
Innes is the best! love his way of telling storys!!
Brilliant work great to see a full collective of talented people in front and behind the camera! Great work!
Love this. One of the best I've viewed in some time, simple , honest, beautifully shot
Yes - that's exactly how I felt when I was coaching 3 or 4 days a week - I burned out and had to quit completely for 6 months. Only now am I getting back into riding for myself again and getting the stoke back again! Great video!
I've been aware of Innes since the old 2010 days on pinkbike, it was cool to see him go from self filming videos in the snow to racing world cups.
And now its been cool to see him go back to riding, become an absolute unit on the bike and winning stages at EWS.
The filming of this was very cool, some snips can be taken from a couple shots in this and used as a wallpaper.
Amazing drone work🎉
This is such a good piece! Super inspiring and motivating! Awesome stuff 👊🏼

Incredible rider and guy! Boom - loved this!
I’ve got nothing but love, admiration and appreciation of the things Innes does. Will there be a Innes edit with a DnB soundtrack? 😂🤘❤️🌈🕊️🌎
