Another great episode. I have listened to quite a few acquisition stories and there is always a point where the buyer says they were working around the clock at least in the beginning. I would love to hear a story of a single parent or co-parent finding success. While I can work 80 hours per week when I don’t have my kids, I do have them 50% of the time so I need to find an opportunity that won’t be crazy time intensive even at the beginning.
So you could work 80 hours one week, 40 the next, 80 the next, 40 the next, like that? Doing that, so averaging 60 hours per week is probably workable, so long as you really do work extra long the weeks you don't have your kids. Something you'd want to be very clear on before you jump in though.
Buying companies and running them are hard. People like Codie Sanchez, Roland Frasier, Johnathan Jay, and other experts make them sound easy. It appears they're misleading students or new buyers.
Love this podcast! So happy I found it. New searcher and you guys show us what's possible. Congratulations on your sale and future projects. 🎉🎉

Big fan of the pod! I'd like to get in touch with Nick but I don't see his info in the show notes. Would you mind updating? Thank you!
Look in the show notes of the audio podcast. Google this episode + Spotify, and it should come up
