I’ve seen a lot of stuff on forums saying a t56 wouldn’t work behind a Duramax because the torque is so much. Please, prove them wrong. This is my ultimate build I dream about at night
Cant wait to see it done, been waiting a long time. Now to get your boss to stop working you so much so you have more time to work on the truck lol. Keep up the good work, and ill see you on the jobsite. Keep it WFO
This is badass and i really want to swap a mercedes om606 into my 08 silverado once i get it paid off. Figuring out the dbw to dbc throttle pedal stuff is going to be a pain since the om606 in fully mechanical
Ngl had the motor out should have done some work on it since you wanna rip it drifting and your not doin a lot of supporting mods. It's gonna get mad hot mad fast. It won't help without having head gaskets and studs done either especially with the heat it's gonna produce while rev limiter bangin. Just be good to it and dump some doe into it and it should last
You could of taken an easy route and just bought someones single cab 2500 with the frame already shorten for a short bed and just added a zf6 trans and 4x4 for drifting and drag racing but to do this on a 1500 with a t56 magnum is really impressive custom work
@wolf-knivestv1260 your telling me it wouldn't be cool if he builds a Hoonigan truck but the diesel version or just seeing what would happen if he hits the hydro and pops the clutch and accelerates on full lock to see if it would drift
What's the clutch info ? How did you get a big enough flywheel to engage with the starter? But have a small enough clutch to fit inside the bellhousing?

😆😆😆 we bout to find out!!
With a good built trans and just a basic tune on the lbz would be prolly be just fine honestly
This is so fũçķïň awesome I could see this dominating at cleetus burnout pit
Such a cool build.
Thanks.. Should be a good time!
I like your style bro! I'm hyped to see this thing rip! 🤜🤛
Me too!! 🤓🤓

🤣🤣 waiting on parts.. should be going soon tho!
OMG i love this build this would be a dream truck for me haha fixing up my lb7 rn
Dude this is so cool. Dare I say I called it. I know you guys just enough lol. And…. It’s really the only logical next step.
😂😂 good stuff!!
This is gonna be rowdy
I have dreamed of a t56 duramax for years
Can’t wait to see how it preforms

It's a RBRB, as a SB is less than 6.5'. I'm getting an "Iron LS1" (LM7 bored out) icon flat tops. Will be looking for a disc rear end at somepoint
I have a 14 bolt 6 lug out of a 97 GMC Sierra! You could also pull one from a 98 2500 chevy Express van!
This is going to be freaking rad. What about a big cowl hood without the body lift?
No because it would hit the firewall
We should get together one day and go to a race event with our trucks!
Id do an egr delete with an lb7 up pipe while you have it out
Ya buddy!
I want a t56 magnum and the same clutch setup for my LMM swapped BMW!!
LETS FUCKIN GOOOOOO CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS 💪💪💪
So damn cool
What bell housing did you use to bolt up the t56 to the Duramax?
What wheel and tire combo are u using
I seen one the other day it was lifted I think they made them in mexico
Better get a 2nd clutch coming so you have a replacement for when that one goes
Fuck yes
Thanks Mark....no really....Thanks Mark!!!
💯 mark can sell me a motor with out even trying 😆😆
@@lifeonlimiter4519 We all know a Mark that can.
Stock master/slave cylinder from 5 speed setup?

Should look into om606 way lighter
Maybe down the road
What adapter plate you using for lbz to t56 bellhousing?
What would you recommend to keep my burnout truck from overheating
Bigger radiator
If you was local I'd give you a 14 bolt!
Sup dude!

Why would u want 4x4 for drifting?
@@wolf-knivestv1260 not drifting drag racing
@@alanherrera6481 ok but like you literally said in your comment 4x4 for drifting and drag racing

Lbz with a t56🤔🤔
@@kylee.woyote7237 right
Magnums can handle tons of abuse… I’ve seen trucks going well into the 9s on box stock magnums…. Not saying it won’t break 🤓 but it should be fine..
@lifeonlimiter4519 I don't know much about them will be the 1st time I've seen that pair though can't wait for it to be finished!
