Thank you for a fantastic recipe! I made this yesterday, it was delicious, I really enjoyed it and it worked so well! Having used a whole cauliflower, after baking I cut it in half to make 2 half pizzas as it was quite large and would have been too much for me in one go, so lucky me I will get 2 meals from it :) I love the addition of the gram flour which I think helps its texture, flavour and helps to hold it together. The only thing I will change in future will be omission of the green chillies as adding both green and red chilli flakes made it more spicy than I like (plus I don't tend to buy fresh chillies) although it was super tasty and I ate every scrap haha! For my palate I will reduce the red chilli flakes to half a teaspoonful which for me will add that spicy kick without too much heat :) On top I added a pizza sauce, sliced fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced green peppers, thin pineapple pieces and halved black olives, covered it in mozzarella and finally ground black pepper. It baked well, smelt amazing, and though I had overloaded the toppings, it did hold together well but not enough to be able to hold a slice up to eat it, it was definitely a knife and fork pizza and I do like the floppy pizza texture very much! This recipe was excellent, very clearly explained, it worked and was easy to make! I would like to make a batch and freeze these, do they cook as well from frozen?

Nice! Never heard of gram but I wonder if cassava flour will do?

I have never worked with cassava flour; if you try please do share how it turns out.

This crust is delicious, but it did not hold up. I wonder what I can change to make it hold together. I will definitely try again, though.

Try adding a little more gram flour or even arrowroot flour.
