top has the dumbest champs and the dumbest items, but the role itself is bad. if a top champ can be played in another role it will just be played in that other role and have a better winrate. ever since the tp nerfs and them buffing dragons it just made top rly frustrating to play. if you do get to win your lane and your team doesnt run it down you probably carry, but most of the time the game is decided without you and you are just along for the ride
