Scaling hp rune and dblade/dshield is just enough. The move speed is great too but priority is still on the disgusting trade patterns the item allows you to take because of the sustain
Warmogs definitely should have a max hp % it can bring you to, scaling with level. Something like, it can bring you to 50% max hp at level 1 (If you somehow get 15 kills to afford it XD ) and it can bring you to 100% only at level 18.
They need to adjust warmog's so it worked like it used to where the healing passive didn't work when you got it first item because you didn't have enough bonus health
