      FINALLY!!!
I've been doing this off of my bed a long time now, however I wasnt sure if it was doing harm OR good because i do feel my lower back stretching as I do it, but wasnt sure if was pushing a disc out, I now I've been paranoid because after a disc surgery, I NEVER want to sciatica pain again. After finding your video I feel SUCH a relief knowing this maneuver is helping. Thanks!

I loved the hanging head and shoulders off the bed move! I did it off my ottoman and as soon as my head and shoulders were over, I could feel the stretch and even a few pops. I've tried hanging my legs off many times but because of my body weight it was always too uncomfortable. Thanks so much for showing these.

The sad thing is he reason people like you exist is because of lack of education, misguidance by those wishing to do harm to you, and you ignorance for the sciences. You probably don’t know any SCIENTIFIC things about coronavirus, yet you choose to call it a hoax. Please educate yourself before you speak to anyone ever again you absolute idiot.

The pinching pain, hip pain and my leg going numb and floppy stopped my workout a little short today. Tried stretching and it wasn’t working. I feel like after 5 years of anterilisthesis pain, I finally found someone that understands. I've been to osteo, surgeons, physio, chiro, massage and acupuncture. I just did a stretch on my floor, breathed into my stomach, tightened my abs, pulled forward with my elbows on the floor under my chest and put my head down, and "pop!" It went back into place. I stayed on the floor for a bit before I got up and carefully made my way to a chair. Now I just sneezed while lying in bed and didn't experience the pain I always had when my abs tightened. This guy is on point with what he knows about stretching. All the same concepts

I got a slip in L4-L5 while working in oilfields in northern Alaska. I was on meds. Hanged upside down chiropractors. I found out about barbell strength training. Stronglifts 5x5. Compound lifts strengthen the muscles around your core allowing your back to heal. Im 45yrs old and can deadlift 500lb. Zero back problems

If people have access to a chin-up bar or something similar, and if course ultimately have the grip strength, hanging by the hands and rotating the hips is fantastic for spinal decompression.
If you can hold your weight, forced downward hip movements will get some better decompression. Helps with my sciatica loads.

A few years ago I got an adjustable bed ( for CHF and high CSF) . I raise the feet to the highest and I bring the head up to maybe 65-75 degrees. I will sit as tall as I can get. I then push the button to lay flat. It stretches my spine and WOW its amazing. Best thing I have ever discovered thus far to me. Your video is awesome. I am scared to do it as that would cause unbearable pressured headaches .

I'm awake at 4:30 dying to get out of bed and try these! I tried to go to a spinal decompression center once because it looked like the stretch would have been amazing. When they did xrays they told me my cartilage was gone between my vertebrae all the way down so my bones were rubbing together and that decompression wouldn't help. So now, these exercises are something I'd not heard of, and they look so easy. I'm STOKED!!

I am 42 and last year I was off work for most of it with sciatica. Mine was extreme though and was on lots of meds, Morphine, Zomorph, Gabapentin an Robaxin- just to cope. My heart goes out to anyone with severe sciatica, my scan showed a huge bulge in the disc, the nerve trapped on the bone. I ended up having decompression and dysectemy surgery and 3 months physio and thanfully all good now back training. The best part was comin off all the meds and stop bein a zombie, but jeez what an horrendous condition. It got that bad that at one point i was stuck on all fours. Walkin was the only way to cope. Love to all u sufferers i feel your pain.
