After taking a look at the Royal Workshops and setting everything up over the week I FINALLY got enough to see what we can do with the new Royal Workshops! When I get more time into the workshops and more goods made to really see the value or just to see if its worth selling the materials or making the crates but for now I hope this helps you get an idea on how you wanna set up your own Royal Workshops. Remember, this is JUST mine and how I have it all setup but with all that out of the way. I'll see you in the next guide, keep gathering out there!
It's a shame we get such few updates anymore making it harder to make content but don't you worry, I have several videos in the works . Now let's hope it won't take another couple months for life killing content
@@TeddyTwighlite True, the Life skilling updates have become rare, maybe we can hope in some trading system rework or something like that. Fishing got a little bit of attention lately, and I'm glad since they made the changes, I make around 800Mil-1Bil a day fishing in Altinova, while before only on the best days I would reach 500Mil. Now I already spent 1k on energy and still did not get a Professional worker for the Royal workshops. 😤 Looking forward to the upcoming Videos, keep up the good work. 🙏🏻
@@TeddyTwighlite Let's hope it's just the beginning of the "Rework" making trading profitable again would be great. I have the bad feeling this might be it for a while and this was done to keep the community quiet for a bit.
I'm a returning player after 2 years, and I stop playing with level 55 char, but now I really went inti BDO tho, starting to understand life skill thanks to you.. I dont know anythinng about royal workshop, but I will dive into it soon, keep it up please..
Thanks for the great guide! I ended up doing all Dokkebi workers to rush the tokens to unlock everything production then processing asap, will swap over to 4 Shellfolk on Production and 4 Dokkebi on Processing after everything is unlocked. Not the most efficient way to to do it, but unlocking fast was the goal. As for processing nodes on the royal workshop, I try to avoid crafting anything that uses two or more of the workshop only items as there are only 4 production nodes so gathering types per daily cycle is limited. It may not give you the best price per item, but when an item needs say 30 clay, 30 quartz sand and rough crystals it will deplete what you have when you need charred timber for another node, then bamboo for another, then thunderstruck, etc.
Yeah it's taken me since the workshops released to get what I have unlocked but I can see some potential later on IF you min max your workers and only make certain things.
Thanks bud, I been meaning to get on trade crates but felt lost. Now to find a new decent fishing spot that’s not too far from a well. Sometimes I’m short on downtime.
@@TeddyTwighlitethat would definitely be appreciated. Hakoven can be good money but it’s too out of the way for me to hit regularly. Depending on the new fishing spot, I may move my farm to there or to Nampo. I would love to be able to hit Imperial Cooking & Alchemy with home grown products, Imperial Fishing & Trading for the fish as well as Trade Crates. Trying to stream line the process so that I can do it all during my morning coffee before work. I didn’t realize how big the distance bonus was or to use the well, until your last fishing video. Thanks again!
@AquiousK I actually plan to cover hakovan but using both yellow and blue maps to make the trip a LOT faster. But, don't worry other spots will be coming as I fish em to see
Thank you for the vid. This might be the best Passive income while doing other thing. IMO the royal workshop is the spare money when you broke or want a fews more silver to do something.(For now) Let's see profit in one week after unlock all the node. this is might be the best silver boost weekly with 0 cost.
From what I can see, I have my workers gathering all the materials needednto craft them while still being able to craft trade boxes or do Alchemy with the massive amounts extra, depending on the workers you can have these workshops going all week without needing to touch them, and even playing around with it and messing up, it's still more self sufficient than a worker empire for the amount of work goes into it. This may be great for leveling Trading but I'm thinking the real silver will come from the yellows you have less than chances to get BUT they're there ya know? I'll keep using them as it's a part of the game but to rely on it to make me 100bil might be a stretch in my head
Not sure what website you're referring too but eh they're all completely useless to be honest with how it's all random and costs pearls to refresh, more workers, storage, etc. Mob grinding will always be free and can be done at any time unlike life killing good news though. All those good equated to the same amount as the 1 stack of crates I made in the same time
@maireen3517 * Royal Workshop tasks aren't affected by the worker's Movement Speed stat. * The following work speed increase and extra work skills are not applied in the Royal Workshops. - General Knowledge (Refinery/Specialty Work Speed +5) - Workshop Knowledge (Weapon/Armor Work Speed +5) - Adv. Ore Packing (Extra Work (+3) Done for Ore Packing) You mean that section?
I plan to make a better guide with the recent update that shows the information I missed AND some nodes that should help out with the materials needed to prevent needing to use the Central Market
is it normal to have way more materials than actual trade goods or am i doing something wrong? like my workers will never be able to catch up with the trade goods its not even close
If your workers are slower and don't gather the high amount of materials your processing workers won't have enough because they make things faster. Use faster worker, higher leveled or tiered workers, get thrifty skills on your processing workers too, and/or use slower process and faster gather
The first house and the last one in the line can be used for enough workers but at the cost of space. Ideally they want you to spend pearls for more space
@@Dimetrooff yeah thats what I did I was hoping for another town that can give extra storage ig not I think wont fit in the given storage especially when value pack runs out
Sorry I couldn’t finish the video, but thanks for putting the time in. I found myself interested till I realized this is part of the loml 2 update. I’m on console and we watched a dev video saying we are not getting anymore content. That means we will never see anything like magnus, loml 2 , no sniper, no snow area dungeon. They are just giving us a next gen update maybe, maybe next summer or another empty promise. But even if they do give us the next gen who cares, there still won’t be any content for console. So console is now in maintenance phase just quality of life updates for a little bit then nothing. We have what we have. That is a death sentence for console. Lifeskill wise I’m on new world. Great fishing compared to bdo. Bdo has better gathering. But it’s still good on new world. Love the crafting system better than bdo as lifeskill plays into it. Bdo has better market place. No ganking at all in new world. But they do have open world pvp at times and land or tower type take over pvp if you turn it on. It’s pretty close to world of Warcraft game and it’s on console. Dungeons, world bosses concept and way better looking things to gather in new world. Bdo is far superior over all in lifeskills, they have the best ocean content than any other game I have ever played. The farming in bdo is exceptional. The bio domes or lands are much more colorful than bdo. The longer I’m away from bdo, the more I’m loosing my loyalty to it. Big hug brother keep up the good work and I’ll ketch you on the flip.
Ita never healthy to try and give loyalty to any game or their company. You don't owe bdo anything and find something that you can have fun with. There's more than enough games coming out a year but to be "loyal" to a company that would take all ya money just for the lulz. Nooope
i dont think you mentioned that swapping from worksop to worksop effectively gives you another "refresh" so every day you can select the material you want the most from your unlocked workshops instead of just seting and forgeting it
Yeah not sure I even follow what you mean, I just changed my workshop and it didn't let me choose nor did it even change my clay from clay on the change. It stayed the same and using the refresh set it to a the clay soooo changing didn't give another refresh nor did it let me choose which ones I wanted my worker to do. @@TeddyTwighlite He means for example when you have Gyeonghoeru pavilon upgraded Jasi Gate and Hamhong Gate have separate daily reroll. Refresh works only on one of them, if you manually refresh Hamhong Gate, Jasi Gate stays the same.
@marcioabreu1150 I planned too and what nodes to have workers on to ensure your workshops can keep going without buying anything from the central market
why would you waste money by using Transport wagon just put all in inventory go where ever you want to sell and done + you dont waste storage if you keep all goods in one Storage I mean there way more than 30 different items if u send them to Valencia and your wokers keep proccessing you have 1 storage slot in Valencia and 1 slot in Yuko street so just keep them in Yuko until you wanna sell them also the Transport wagon beside its cost takes a lot of time
Because I have the storage slots or will get more if needed like how my olvia, eilton, and valencia storages.. I use 27 workshops leaving my transport wagon always moving good to yokjo street, and I have workers moving the goods they gather to yojko street to be made into goods. All I'd have to worry about is getting all the royal goods to equal my total weight and I can ride to a ship and sail to valencia to trade in or use a wagon if I'm too busy with other things but I haven't had to do anything but tell them what to make and feed em every few hours while I afk fish all day. Great thing about a sandbox mmo, you can play however works better for you :)
@@TeddyTwighlite don't need to sail i just put everything in my inventory in Yokjo Street jump Into the well to Valencia and sell while im in LoML i sell Fish take the goods with me sell them and fish again workers feed them self so dont have to worry about that
