Great video and I agree on nearly all points.It was very informative and a good suggestion for everyone interested in fishing. I would suggest to filter the fish tho .You get the XP of the green fish even if it doesn't enter your inventory and, yes, whjile you sell more fish meanns you level trading quicker.. the distance for the fish is way more important. Once you did some trade crates and sold those off tho, the Trade xp from Fishing is ... nearly nothing unless you fish at Duven/Odraxxia and sell at Valencia (they have higher "freshnes" time and thus give more trade xp. Filtering fish or not is more dependant on the time you intend to afk and if yout inventory gets filled up. on and about the grandpa Cron rod, it's BIS but the rates of 2 fish is 16% and 3 fish is 4% which is infinitely worse than a triple float. Having enough Trip floats with Dura reduction capped or near capped you can fish for a full day and gett way more fish than with the cron, and with the balacs meals you cap afk fishing reduc anyways.
Thanks! I used to fish at decent to trade in Val before nampo opened which was always 6 to 8hrs a night. Now with the tanks it makes it easier to afk and still be able to level trading IF you choose that route (trade crates or royal is still faster) I agree with ya on the rods. I've used that setup and yet prefer active for those not afk. It's a waste of money if not used with a complete min maxed setup and why I haven't used it yet. Still working on it before I lose chances for silver
Well done. I loved the backpack I came back briefly just for the backpack and the special log in rewards. My value pack just ran out so I am locked out you might say from accessing my storages and market place. I’m full . I’ll still log in for another week or so but then be off again. Great video.

Nice video Teddy! I'm guru fishing but I learned 1/2 things regarding durability thanks for that. Will test it tonight. Was way past the afk reduction cap so allocating the lightstones towards the 30% reduction surely must yield me more fish, also didn't know weapon skins give reduction too

Hello, thank you for the guide but i have a question for Shai, u dont have 8 slots costume on that class, and on the itm u dont have u get 10% more durability reduction. Is better to fish with another class the get the 30% from costume( wp, awk and set effect) or is not like that. And do u have a guide for durability reduction in details?
For Shai the costumes work differently and the durability is only applied from the main hand only and as for the set we still get it applied for the costume slots being used like a normal class. Unfortunately you'll have to choose eother xp from Fisher clothes or durability from the premium costumes As for durability reduction resist guides no sorry. I just know how to lower the chances and hope it doesn't eat up the durability quickly
I know you covered it kinda in here, but you could probably make a 3-4 minute video just pressing the fact of how insane the p2w cron fishing rod is and how much having 91% durability resistance extends its usage time, since even just going from 90% to 91% makes it last weeks longer afk. It is quite a expensive undertaking if you don't already have t4 pets to convert your turtle or dragon army into though.

Anywhere in the LoML but its a very very low catch chance. After 2 or 3 weeks of fishing in Nampo I found 1. Best bet is using the Dokebi Forest Node and the dailies for the Sang coin to turn in for the Crystals while you fish
I am testing the float vs no float for over a month by now. 12h with one, 12h without. No noticable difference to justify using no float. You get around the same red fish and A LOT less yellow - which ends up as hundreds of millions silver less just on rare fish.
I have a TON of crates ready for turn in just haven't gotten around to it yet but eventually I'll get them sold to see what exp and silver I have sitting
Yeah, either you want exp for leveling or the durability but I usually keep main hand and use the Fisher clothes for the exp. Wearing the otter carrier for the lost 10%
It would be such a vast improvement to fishing/afk fishing if they carved up the sea mass into grids each with it's own abundance and they made the abundance per server opposed to shared. Pretty much the whole world map is exhausted and when the new mastery comes in will only get worse.
All the spots I've been fishing at this week hasn't been exhausted.. Fishing around the balenos sea isn't exhausted.. if you're referring to the people only fishing in spots that are mentioned in a video of course. People rather look up how to get the most money opposed making their own way so if you want to make money fishing don't be like them
@gavinbuck8130 fish in front of the lighthouse in front of velia at luivano Island for 2.7b if you're lucky, head to Ross Sea, all of margoria, and the juur sea for example. I've been at yokjo, eretheas belt, and wind nols perch this week
Not sure if the percentages are really like that cause i used the wise housekeeper 10 he buff with 5% rare fish catch bonus and i caught 7 silver belts first time ever
That's why I said its not confirmed and all speculated. I've caught 2 Prize Fish before the Fish Update using the mediah rod and maple lure active fishing on twitch. I've done Fishing with and without the Rare or Big Catch chance but it mainly comes down to RNG in my opinion. Prize Fish have a stock drop rate of say 0.008% to 5% and yellows have a stock 3-15% before the bonuses. Mastery only adds 5% to it making the GOOD prize 5.008% and the max Rare makes their drop rate up to 25-35% making it all STILL rely on RNG which sucks. I could be wrong about this too since theres NO confirmed way to get prize by PA themselves other than increase your mastery and thats it
Imperial traders sell at a set value while trading raises the value with your trade level. For lower trading levels imperial delivery can make more silver but with higher trading levels you can make a lot more after bargaining.
Most of them are players just looking for easy money hence why I'm looking for other locations. It's either this or a unpopular game. Kinda a win lose situation but I'll have more for ya
@@TeddyTwighlite Most of them looks exactly the same except for their class, they actively copy your Positions on the next day, but you never see them come or go, so I presume they either switch server or log off to a different character. 🤣 I'm looking forward to some new, interesting Spots that are not the Most fished ones, I tried fishing in o'dyllita Castle but honestly, I got very little yellow grade Fish there.

To be honest, the fishing it doesn't matter which one you choose since the most you'll do is afk and ride ya horse to a trade manager

Missing like a 15% profit bonus from trade level. Just taking my time piling up crates. 113k palm timber crates alone waiting to be turned in.

Might be a bug, put a ticket in. If the tank is full or you're tagged it cant be used unless its a bug
