Zinc oxide is very hard to evenly suspend in a homogeneous mixture. It would be extremely unevenly distributed and would not at all provide proper protection. That's why it is made in labs by chemists with degrees.
Oh Nara’s content is very curated. Her and Lucky used to do videos on TH-cam and she was very different from how she’s portraying herself now. And mind you, I will acknowledge she’s a little older now, but nobody’s persona changes that’s much.
My question is when did she change the ways she sounds? And, I do not believe she is really using the sunscreen her husband made. That is all for show because Onezwa called her out.

Who whispers about their toddler being hungry and then makes them cold cereal from scratch while wearing the perfect dress and the kid goes hungry for three hours? Whose husband makes homemade sunscreen with his perfect model-body chest exposed? With her posing next to him? I’d never make any of the stuff on that channel-this is truly entertainment only!

Hi, super pale person here....I've been making my own sunscreen for years now. However, mine has a white cast because I use the CORRECT amount of zinc, like it's not flattering. Also, I would NEVER share my recipe or recommend you use it over something your dermatologist recommends. It is my choice and my health. The problem, as mentioned, is that most people don't know how to use the zinc, especially the amount. When you do it correctly, there will be a white cast, like an embarrassing white cast, like you really have to want to use it to use it. But no burns using it yet. Do your own research, accept that you are making a decision for yourself that might have consequences. Nara Smith needs to chill though. She is going to get people hurt with that weak ass "sunscreen." Don't follow her advice.
