Thanks y’all! Can’t wait to show you around our neck of the woods soon! We’re so wiped out after our fun weekend together. Marisa and I were both in bed by 8. Can’t wait to see you both again soon
Been camping and riding in that area for over 3 decades. That looked to be a brookie which growing up were so plentiful there barely was a bag limit, not so today. Timberline trail back when it was more fun than work into Tin Cup, then over to Cement creek. Just a few. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching and commenting! If you see us out in this area over the summer be sure to say hey. I’ll research Timberline trail over to Cement Creek appreciate you being here
Thanks so much! Glad you liked the video. Colorados an amazing place to do some camping. Theres so much beauty concentrated into Colorado that there’s endless places to explore
Great video guys & you caught a few fish nice we have the same poles but have not got a fish yet LOL water is to hot here in FL this time of year the fish are 100 or more miles off shore stay safe out there
Love your videos! Felt like I was there with ya, great drone footage. Motor bike test spin was fun, wheeeeee! I was yelling do it again! Lol U guys are definitely one of my few favourite channels, really look forward to your videos. 🍻
Thanks so much for the super nice comment. It’s comments like this that motivate me to keep making videos. Really glad you feel like you’re there with us. It’s very much to goal to make it as though you’re right there with us. Appreciate you being here 👍
Thanks for watching y’all! I think I need to replace the spark plugs. I rode with Dalton yesterday and the bike had the same hesitation for a little at first and Dr Dalton said my plugs probably fouled from when I rode the bike with the check engine light on. Wish y’all were here to ride with too!
Thanks for subscribing! Hugely appreciated 🤘 I’m stoked you like the rig. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into building the best rig we can with the funds we have. We’ve got a whole lot more Colorado content to come during our work stint here this summer. Thanks again for watching, commenting and subscribing. Way to hit the trifecta right out of the gate.
lol, that’s a brown trout. Get yourself a damn fly rod already! And wet your hands before handling the fish…otherwise you’re removing their protective slime coating.
First person to comment on the fact that I got the species of fish wrong. I was waiting for someone to point it out. We’re hoping to get fly equipment in the next week or two and we’ll make a video about our failures as new fly fishermen
Fish the way You want and enjoy. Don’t get too involved with the “Fly fishing community “ Most of them are a bunch of prima donna’s. Been there done that. Thank me later! Great video 👍🏻🍻🇺🇸
Good job on the KTM! My wife and I recently got a cat and are wondering how you manage all your cats needs full time on the road. We aren't full timers yet but we are planning on leaving Montana through the winters soon and taking the dog (easy) and cat with us for extended trips. Not sure if that's video worthy or not.
Thanks for watching! To answer your cat question, it helps if your cat has been an indoor cat to satisfy their needs. If you have an outdoor cat you’ll need to take extra precautions and put in extra effort to provide them a safe way to explore the outside world. Our cat has been an indoor guy for his whole life so it was a relatively easy transition. We’d bring him out to the camper from the house for 2 hours or so and hang out in the camper to get him acclimated before we started taking him on weekend adventures before we became full time nomads. Inside the camper our cat has his bed in the cab over window, his litter box lives in our bathroom. I put a little cat/dog door on the bi-folding bathroom door so he has 24 hour access. We tried giving our cat a scratching post in the camper by tying hemp/twine around the table leg but his favorite thing to scratch is our cheap entry carpet but every cats going to be different. I think our cat loves the changing views and smells that he gets by traveling but I also think he enjoys when we visit our rental houses so he can run around and stretch his legs.
Thanks Ben! I greatly appreciate the compliments on the video and the shots within it. I don’t know of any books that I’d reference for boondocking. I feel like TH-cam’s replaced where people go for knowledge and has made books more obsolete. I’d make a video on boondocking and what we do that allows us to be off grid longer.
@thecumminscamper I'd love to see a boondocking video from you. However, your boondocking has more flexibility than what mine would be due to the size of my toyhauler. It's 40' long. However, your weight is pretty close. My GVWR is 21,500 lbs. Safe travels, and I hope you catch some keepers when you're fishing.
This is north of Gunnison on Spring Creek Road leading up to Spring Creek Reservoir. It’s a very popular area for camping, fishing and riding. It’s pretty close to Taylor Park.
Thanks so much! The cameras the same go-pro we’ve been using for months. From your description of the video I’m wondering if the playback setting on your end is set to a low quality rate? I know when I watch YT sometimes I have to change the quality setting on my phone or TV because it defaults to a lower quality to save data.
@@thecumminscamper I'm using the same settings as always 1080p. Looks like the video compression is set too high?...I don't know, could be my side too. I will keep watching and let you know. The videos are excelent anyways!!
I did a video on the bike carrier. It’s a blend of an Amazon aluminum rack on a custom 3 point hitch. Thanks for the comment. Let me know what you think of the rack if you end up watching the video on it 🤘 th-cam.com/video/bOmVYgOa9WM/w-d-xo.html
@@thecumminscamperif the plug fouled you'll have to replace it. They never cleanup right and will foul again. Also always carry a spare plug with a 2-stroke.
It is injected. I think the plug is fouled from riding it with the check engine light on. It did the same thing to me today. I’m going to pull the plug and give it an inspection this week.
The angles, the drone shots, the music, the vibe! This vid is so good! Ya’lls spot is awesome! Marisa, you did a fantastic job painting the pots!

Great drone shots! I believe Marissa's painting is art-deco...lol Good video I can't believe the snow this time of year. be safe and have fun
Thanks dude! I’ll let Marisa know her pots are looking like real artwork!

Nice drone shots. Marisa will you be able to grow tomatoes there in your pots?

Perhaps that hinge could use some salmon oil?
That hinge needs to be replaced. Typical Ram flaw. All my rams I’ve owned have done this.

Thank you!!!

Sounds as though it is getting too much liquid fuel.
How is the spark-plug.
Probably fouled. I agree that it sounds like it’s not burning the fuel off. I’m going to pull the spark plug this week and clean it up or replace it.
