My favorite viktor build is sorc Boots shadowflame into either horizon or liandries. All that damage amp and burn makes your E super disgusting and then you only walk up to Q auto when they are below 35% health and shadowflame executes them

@@Yozora234 Manaflow band and for secondary runes I go either inspiration for biscuits if you need a strong early game, or presence of mind and coup de grace, only use E when both scorch and Manaflow are up

But the damage output is insane that you never need mana items anyways because if you can hit your spells, the enemies healthpool depletes faster than your mana. This is because you take advantage of free damage like aery and scorch and your Es base damage, and improve upon it with the magic pen of sorc Boots, shadowflame and the % damage increase from shadow, horizon coup de grace etc

I build it in some extended scenarios where you want to mantain your health, but i've seen other items do a better spyke, so idk how good is on viktor tbh, maybe with AP escalating runes it can go well for first item.
