Michele was an exceptional lady driver and one of best drivers in the world, but Rohrl was a lot more reliable and often even faster. Rohrl's driving was precise, planned, he swung the car to always make the best of all 4 wheels grip he could and mitigate the car's weak points while being more agressive than Mikkola but not agressive to the point it would make him make mistakes. Michele on the other hand was passion unleashed but she just pushed Quattro and would just rely on what the car would do itself, often going heavy undeersteer whole corner and then a convulsion of unnecessary oversteer on the exist. I think that's why she ended up crashing a lot later on. Instead working on how to use the car better, she just tried to drive faster.
