The F-100-PW-200 installed on the first batches of the F-16A rendered a total thrust of 25.000 lbs.. After a citation of various engine models without mentioning the respective performance data at all, the video mentioned that the F-110-GE-129 and the F-100-PW-229, installed on the F-16/block-50 and the F-16/block-52 respectively, render the same thrust of 29.000 lbs, what is inaccurate because the F-100--PW-220 has an emergency power scale of thrust at 32.000 lbs for one minute on top of the 29.000 lbs on afterbuner.

Incorrect, the PW220 was not in the Block 25.
@@soulsphere9242 the 220 was in the Block 32 and 42. The GE 110 went into the 30 and 40. Actually I stand corrected. While typing i remembered the older Block 25's were retrofitted with the 220E and I want to say the F-15Cs as well. This was because the 200 had issues with stalls and AB blowouts. This was fixed by the DEEC.
I wanted JASDF's F-2A and B to be taken up as a derivative type.
派生型としてJASDFのF-2A、Bを取り上げていただきたかった。
I thought the F-16 was called The Typhoon.
Both US Air National Guard, Taiwan and many other allied nations will have their F-16's upgraded to the Block 70/72 model minus conformal fuel tanks and possibly minus the new engine.
Saudi F16s Block 70s actually have the conformal fuel tanks
If you give the thrust of the early models, shouldn't you show the thrust of all later models?
You forgot the f-16 block 52M.
Ooooo yeah more American power at least some are being sent to the real China Taiwan 🇹🇼
You know West Taiwan is super jealous with all their knock-off products.
What about F2 mitsubishi a japanese variant of us f16?
Hellenic Airforce!
So sad that we (DK) went for the F-35. I would have preferred we upgraded to the Viper and stuck to it until a reliable alternative were present. Don't even think we need a 5'th gen fighter like the F-35 it be too complex, too slow, and heavy and way too expensive. I'd go for quantity and agility anytime.
F-35 is a technical mess, I'm sad my country is getting them instead of more rafales (Greece)
@@Kelek0400you do realize that the so called technical mess is a myth....it's only because for some reason (maybe because of social media) how we bash on a new aircraft that has issues......if you actually look at the data, when the F16 came out, it had more issues than the F35 has and 6 times the amount of F16s were lost during flight testing than the F35. Not to mention that newest batch of F35As are only 86 million. Same cost as the block 70 F16s and cheaper than the F15EX....while the F35s are more technically advanced and can do more mission sets and is easier on the pilot and is more survivable in combat....
It’s a block party
I'm a little disappointed because my country never got to experience this iconic fighter of 21st century. When our airforce searching for new fighter jet of 80s I'd assumed they evaluated in all angles and at the end they chose Russian fighter jet, while ours neighbours Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia go for Fighting Falcon. All our Mig retired already and still our main fighters is Russian Sukhoi with her partner 8 Hornet..ha..ha..ha...perhaps next fighter Su57..ha..ha..that if we can afford it.
F16C/D Block 70/72 will be newer model
Heres comes all of the DCS video game players in the comment section acting like they are actual pilots 😂😂😂
how about F 16 type 79
F-16? the king of flying coffins?
The f16 has a good record. Article I’m reading says total number of kills is 74 with 64 official pilot recognition with a span of 50,000 combat missions no f16s were downed in air combat. The USAF lost 4 in combat and only the USAF has lost f16s in combat. They said in article their was some accidents could be bs but still not many losses to how many kills. Looks like it took out mig 29 they thought was 23

Where's my F-16N?
Noting that the aussies(continent sized range) acquired the F18 in recent orders, will an updated block52plus-60 to Viper(AESA), rather than a block50/52(no dorsal-spine) to Viper, with the additional spaces in the dorsal-spine(pig mode) for not EW but AWAC duties (missing latrine not lantirn), be more suitable.?
If they want a dog-fighter, they should-not have the conformal fuel tanks which goes with the dorsal-spine in terms of aerodynamics inefficiencies (all or nothing). If they want range, it should be f15 with conformal fuel tanks. Unless they want to get started on an aircraft carrier...
Compare radar capabilites for air and surface tracking for an F16 with dorsal-spine Viper and the latest F18. Useful information for islander nations and long perimeter-border nations (unless they go for 737-200 or LCA with 2x outer pylon with (updated)lantirn(type)-pods. Toilets... latrine...
It entered service in 1978, not 1979
👍

Hello ma'am thank you for air force video for air force lover like us the great Pakistani air Force using these F16 very successfully Pakistani air Force pilots has a Best skills and experience on F16 in Soviet afgan war Pakistani air Force shot down 12 Soviet afgan fighter jets and on 27th Feb 2019 Pakistani air Force shot down one su30 and mig 21 by f16 we have used the F16 against the terrorism very successfully with F-16 jf17 block 3 and j10c still we have air superiority
Your scripts is good, but little bit anoying to "page wipe video transition"
It is funny to see several upgrades were in 2 or 3 previous versions of F-16 fro Israeli Air Force before they were available commercially.
Imagine Israel in 1982 without night vision, it is laughable. At least for IAF.

Can you do mig 29 or su27?
Updated RADAR and WING'S Ok. 8:51
My State, BTW, has already paid 20 Block 70/72 , but what can I do when I am in love with F18 , or let say Rafale....tant pis pour moi/ Pardon my French.....
How about gripen?
@@trikalos1387 the offer was better for planes first, and second, for a factory to provide more than ordinary repairs. But some ppls, findings were very interesting, the level of corruption was high enough to cancel the deal.
If your country is allowed to buy 5th gen F-35 then you would never in a million years buy an F-16 4.5 gen jet as these aircraft are cannon fodder to 5th gen in most recent war games.
F-16V is not Viper it is 5.
