Love the channel! Glad I found you! I have a question about the next car I want to buy. Looking at the focus st and fiesta st as a daily driver/ work vehicle. I’m in the construction industry and I’m tired of hauling my tools in my f150. I have the Milwaukee pack out rolling cart and all the accessories so it’s a lot of weight and it’s a pain to load and unload all the crap into a lifted truck. My question is which car do you recommend for ease of use for hauling a bunch of tools around and being a reliable daily?
When using phone-based navigation, you can't get the countdown line because that this is derived from the wheel speed sensors in the car for accuracy (when using built-in navigation). Obviously with a phone, there is no direct connection to the car's systems and the distances shown are only derived from satellite data.

Also, I cannot hear voice guidance on my sync 3 navigation, it does not speak up any instructions, I have checked all the settings and all the voice commands are enabled. Voice commands do work with Apple CarPlay and Android though.
I have few questions: Does this version works on my focus 2017 se model? Does the navigation works if I don't even have navigation on my 3.0 sync? Does it works in Spanish? Sry if there's too much questions but I hope you could help me

It is the gear that the car recommend to use for a economic drive. It’s only for the manual gear transmission. In the powershift (automatic gear) is not necessary.
Man, do you Know if I can change the theme of the Gauge Cluster of Focus 2017 for the theme of focus ST? because I only know change the theme of sync3.
@@TechnationXyz 2018 ST3 here and mine doesn't either. I don't have the "Vehicle Graphic" option in Vehicle settings that you do that looks like it would turn it on and off. Weird.
Hi, does the IPC can be read only with ms scan elm? I tried it out with my elm but it only has hs scan and I couldn’t do it. It did not give me the ipc option.
Hello, I made a change with forscan and I did not like to restore it with a backup and now the navigation information in the cluster gives me an error in distance example (9999m). you would know to tell me some solution. Thank you
No, and I suppose if I knew that I could do a restoration and fix it. Well, it is good to see the information in the cluster but it is not a serious problem either. Thank you for answering me.

Ok, so Mr. Torque i guess does not answer comments much. So has anyone besides myself ever install a 2020 Gen 4 APIM 3.4 w/Nav in there 2012-2018 Focus and get it to work 100% like it should????? I have done this and can't get it to work right at all. I believe Gen 4 APIMs work on a different CAN BUS system then our Focus's. Just want to make sure it's not my car only.
Ugh… ridiculous how complicated all ford software things have to be. I just traded my nissan frontier for a 2016 focus st2. I love the car a LOT but it was really frustrating to learn that I can’t just have navigation on the screen, i assumed it would be available since it has the larger center screen. Carplay is a pain in the ass and any time i attempt to connect it doesn’t work. Update screen while connected to wifi just gives me the loading wheel forever. My 2019 frontier just had a tab on the screen, you tap it and now you have the map running on your screen. This is a truck that mind you wasn’t updated at all between 2005-2022. Come on ford.
