Whenever I see a Hell's Angel, I just immediately remember the South Park episode about Harley riders.

Hells Angels**
Also the Angels are some of the nicest dudes ive met, over here they hold rides for veteran suicides, rides for Autism Awareness, they hold toy drives for the kids in the community, they pick up highways and the roads, since they showed up hard drugs have almost completely disappeared
They have helped out family of mine when their cars or bikes break down, ect
Much different than south park
But just like men, if you are a douchebag, obviously you will probably get slapped in the mouth
They have a huge thing with Respect
Love, Loyalty, and Respect are their biggest things
I don’t think that when I see 81’s but there’s definitely a few clubs that make me think of South Park lol. Most of them aren’t 1%ers though, usually the 1%ers are polite and nice because they know they intimidate some people with just their presence. They aren’t loud and disrespectful for no reason.
I aint worried about any of the big clubs. They are men just like me. Treat me with respect and I'll do the same.
We went on holiday last week..guy putting the bikes on the boat put 1 lot of HDs in one spot..scramble guys in another lane and second lot of HD guys in a 3rd spot...another guy came along assessed it..put em all in one lane to load on the ship and they were a big bunch of happy boys with their toys yakking about the different directions they were all headed on holidays n work etc.

I grew up living next door to a man that was a Hells Angel and a vietnam vet. You couldnt ask for a better neighbor or a better mentor. I was just a kid and we exchanged my labor andbhe would teach me life skills. Fixing all manor of engines, vehicles, welding, wood working, building all kind of things. He taught me how to throw knives and axes, to shoot and how to clean guns and knives. He was a great man and helped me become who i am today. I have nothing but respect for the Hells Angels.
I was taught how to cook my first meal solo by an ex-Angel. I'll never forgot that, but why is it sick to be to be iconoclastic? there's more to every human being meets the eye. I find that staying cool regardless usually keeps me away from violence. Not always, admittedly, but Never from an Outlaw Biker.
Not all of them are like that man, most of them are evil people and criminals.

I knew a girl in high school who dated a friend for a short time. Fast forward 4 years and I just bought myself an expensive motorcycle. She called me at my parents house and said she was dating a biker from a biker gang. She said she knew I bought a new bike and heard they were going to steal it. They cased it already and the theft was going down in one or two nights. I moved that bike quick and I've never forgotten her friendship. Why? It wasn't insured.
When I was a youngster @ 20, I became friends with a temp employee at the woodshop I was foreman at. She was married to a high standing member of the Red & White, and through them I met and befriended a few Scary Ass Dudes that NEVER did Me wrong, and would go out of their way to help Me with anything I needed, anytime, even before I could ask for help. She moved away a year later and somehow they stayed aware of my changing situations of life. Fast forward 30 years and I had a unjust experience in life cost me everything I owned leaving me bad off. Out of nowhere, associates of my dear old friend along with Her nephew showed up coming to my aide, offering to take care of my problem for me, assisting in my relocation and reaffirming the once a true friend, always a true friend. No obligations or being indebted and owing favors. They were Truly Angels to me.
Rest in peace D.

No, can't remember who it was. That was about 40 years ago and my brains not as Sharp as it used to be. Lol 👍
Years ago driving in scenic Northern NJ a group of Hells Angels passed me. I just rolled down my window, gave them the thumbs up and they did the same to me.
They sat in my section at Texas Roadhouse. 22 of them. So polite, respectful. They said grace together. Ate, cleaned the table themselves and stacked the dishes, then collectively left me a 45% tip.
Then they went to go suck eachother off around back behind the dumpster and Made passionate man love
I accidentally bumped into an 81 at an airport. I immediately apologized and he bought me a beer. Bikers aren’t going to draw negative attention to themselves because it’s bad for business. Respectfully submitted.
It all depends. I grew up in a family of 1%ers. Most are pretty good guys, some are straight asshole, but most times you don't wanna be a stranger around them when they're partying hard in their spots.
I've seen some undeserving people get mangled pretty badly because a newer club guy wants to come across dangerous. Nowadays in public places, most of em are pretty well behaved, especially with cell phones everywhere.
Especially when on their own.
@@Tbowie13ya It's the young prospects that stir shit up. Had a run in with an HA under club prospect. I was simply in a bar walking up to the washroom and he stood right in my path and didn't move. Stared me down and when I tried to go around he blocked my path again... I said dude.. cmon I'm with my elderly aunt and uncle here.. one of the older members yelled at him and he went back to the seat. I realized he was probably stopping me from going in while his buddies were banging rails. I went in and three full patches, totally fine. Asked me if I partied and offered me a bump. By the end of the night it was handshakes and hugs.. then they dragged a random kid outside and put the boots to him for accidently sitting in one of their spots. Having a tough Scottish aunt, she singled out the biggest member , (the vp), pulled him aside and gave him shit . We found it hysterical.
@Shamusmusic416 Yes, Sir, the prospects and newer members are the problem. All they hear in the club house are war stories and how crazy this one and that one were when they were coming around. They want people to talk about them like that, too, so the asshole behavior comes out.
I'm 50 now, but in my early 20's when I was around the club all the time (like I said, some were family, uncles and my father before he died, so I worked with them in construction and obviously socialized with em too) a prospect was dating my sister. He was a POS, using her Harley to prospect. They got into a fight, so he thought it wize to give me shit, calling my sis a whore and mouthing off to me. We had left a bar, me in the back, Prospect in passenger seat and SAA driving. He started his shit again, and I hooked him around the seat in the left jaw. The SAA said no fighting in the car, so I told him to stop. He stopped on the side of the highway, where I beat the spec unconcious in the ditch, and he was left there. He got bad outted from the club the next day, when all the truth came to light about him. He ended up switching sides and eventually made full patch with the rivals. I won't say which clubs as I am away from the club life, but still ride all the time in a very clubbed up city.
Like I had said, the majority were really good to me, but every problem I've ever had was with a prospect trying to make a name, or a brand new member who thought I had special protection because if family and they were gonna do something about it because they got their cut. Anyhow, take care, dude.
What business would that be? Something of an organizational matter

@shellymclain-zf6uv Works both ways, they have to earn my respect, a cut with patches doesn't make me respect you 😂
Keyboard commandos always personally wet themselves in the presence of 1%ers
I've interacted with tons of them, and have never had a problem. In fact, they have always been super chill to me.
My first 'experience' with the HA was in the late '60s.
Dad and I were driving down a California freeway. I was just a child when a mild rumbling noise occurred in the car. I was looking around to see where the noise was coming from and quickly, the noise was extremely loud. Suddenly, my neck cranked looking backward, I can see a bunch of motorcycles right on our tail.
I was instantly afraid.
I yelled, 'Dad, Dad!' He calmly reassured me me that everything was ok.
I remember my dad turning on his turn signal, and moving over into the right lane.
As they rumbled by, a couple of them nodded their heads.
I remember being confused about the writing on the backs of their jackets.
I told my dad I didn't know that hell had angels, he chuckled and said to me that that was the name of their motorcycle club and... "you leave them alone, they'll leave you alone."
What I didn't know at the time, was that my dad was a police officer and had regular interaction with them back then.

@@bluecollardiyer7248 Truth. Thank you for that.
I suppose that person wouldn't believe that I ended up working at San Quentin (SQ), and when I shared that story with the HA there, they loved it, lol.
Especially when I told them when I was new there, that of all the gangs, I was most nervous of the HA, because of that experience as a child.
And, because I did my best to earn their (All the men there) respect, they allowed me to go home after every shift, and eventually it was them who would allow me to end up retiring.
Because, at any given moment, I could have ended up over those tier rails.
Thanks for backing me up.

This is probably due to the fact that they’ve been to Scotland for bike rally’s. Scotland has europes oldest outlaw mc named Blue Angels so they probably have a lot of respect and good memories associated with Scotland.
A few years back my parents drove up from Arizona and I met them at a casino on the Nevada border. As we were approaching the casino door, a serious looking biker wearing Hell's Angels colors walked ahead of us and saying "Good evening, ma'am" to my mother, and grandly opened the door for her! I know any group can have its bad apples, but he left our entire family with a good impression.

Sounds familiar. I had similar situation
I own a bar. I have different 1%’ers in ALL the time. They have been the BEST customers in every regard.
One club wanted to throw a party for a new chapter opening in town. I agreed. I asked them if they wanted the whole bar all night, they said it wasn’t necessary.
I had 175 people that night. 17 different clubs, 8 of those 17 were 1%’ers, plus all of their wives, girlfriends, friends, (prospects from many of the clubs too).
Mixed in with their event, oblivious civilians, some college kids here and there and single non club affiliated girls.
That night was and is still the best, most fun my bar has ever seen.
Everyone was LOUD and SUPER fun. Cops were outside the bar from the moment the first group arrived to set up the party till we closed 3 hours past our regular closing time of 4am.
It was fantastic. The party went off without a single hitch. The ONLY thing that “happened” was two pitchers of water got dropped. The bikers REFUSED to let me mop it up. They took the mop from my staff and cleaned it up themselves.
They tipped SUPER heavy all night and “tolerated” the non affiliated people that were brave enough to come in by buying them drinks and playing pool with them.
They knew the “civilians” were our core bread and butter customers and did NOTHING to scare them.
I always reflect on that night with a smile.

People being scared isnt real respect. Not sure some of them realise that
Saw a documentary about the big clubs. One of the clubs had 3 members facing prison two out of the 3 dropped dime while the 3rd took his time like a man. To all of you in the comments as I see some of you don't understand, many people have had good encounters with the Hells Angels especially the average "citizen" as we're often referred to by most MC's . That's because MC's don't go around wreaking havok and causing undue trouble like bullies do. If anything they are very polite and friendly in any public setting because they want to show a highly visible public image of nice and respectful crowd on two wheels. They will do acts of kindness of all kinds including a toy drive for kids in the hospitals to even helping an elderly across the street! Because MC's are people like all of us . However it's no secret about what they do in the background that brings law enforcement down on them for good reason! They're kind criminals who want to lull society into admiring them and wanting us to scowl at law enforcement for harrassing them! They want your support because they're nice to you!

Although I was never really close to any of them, except for a random member here and there, when I was young I interacted with all sorts of "bad guys". I always just treated everyone with respect and 99 times out of 100 that was enough to avoid any negativity. Always be respectful, never approach a group without an introduction, and know when its time to exit. You may run into that guy who is just looking to start trouble but if you remain respectful and stick with the person who introduced you, and you are good with them, they will attempt to calm things down if they can or let you know it's time to go if they can't. Obviously if you cross the line all bets are off but if you can't read a room, keep your cool, and show respect you shouldn't be anywhere near someone who doesn't play games. At least that was always my experience.

When I first got my Panhead, I rode alone for a while, one day, neighbors, two blocks away from my mom‘s house had motorcycles and one of them was a club member 81. Turns out. I went to junior high school with these guys and didn’t really know much about them till I got my Panhead Socialized with the second oldest son that knew me invited me to come by and kick it with him which I did went with him a few places and met some 81 members. They were really cool with me. I’m a Spaniard, Yaqui, Indian, and Italian no issues at all even met members from up north that spoke highly of me for being honest and forthright with my friend. Give me a calling card find needed help give them a call. Much respect for 81 I’m independent.
That's not just the hell's angels, that goes for majority of MC clubs
Honestly I wouldn't even bat an eye if a hells angel walked passed.
Glad to see the angels taking in Men of color (black and brown). Brotherhood sees no colors.
This is not a member, some clips show a black man riding with some Hells Angels, but if you look closely: This is in Germany and he is not wearing 81 patches, it says „known associate“ , so he is no member, prospect or hangaround.
Some clubs are colored there's clubs that only house black members as well it's part of the tribal politics like the Zulus who are black only, BANDIDOS are primarily Hispanic but don't allow any black members at all
They don't allow people of color in the club (at least in CA) because of prison politics. They don't want to have to choose between the club and their "car" when they go to prison. In prison, everything is separated by race. If you have a black guy in your club and you both go to prison, you'll be on the opposite side of the yard and if shit cracks off, you may have to fight or stab your fellow club member. And no, you can't just ignore the politics in prison or you'll get booked yourself. It's just the way it is.
I rebuke anything that glorifies hell or demons in the name of Jesus .
Jesus dad is julius ceasar and mom cleopatra jesus in the bible is lucifer
But they are angels. Duh.
@@4thdimensiontravels855 From hell. Duh.
I believe you mean in the name of God.
well aren't you mister bloody wonderful
They saved my and my kids life..
I think the most honest, educated, and accurate depictions of the Hells Angles was done by South Park
I don't fear anything that bleeds like I do.
I don't think these guys have menstrual cycles...stay yo azz inside.
This guy i met came into the bar in a full cut and a stuck his finger in my ear i only met him like 3 times so one day i did it back to him wicked funny
The black HA at the end 😂
I like these boys an if you give them respect they'll give you respect. These guys will do what most people wish they had the balls an the unity to do.
I say what's up every time I see one ....just don't get on the bad side of them that goes with life treat people as you would like to be treated...
Never had an issue with HA... Took some chirping for riding a crotch rocket, but at the end of the day they bought me a beer, we talked hockey for a bit, shook hands and went our own ways. Nice dudes.
I passed a group of them one time and they chased me down and sucked me silly.
Ain't nobody scared of the Hell's Angels. They aren't bulletproof.
I experienced the unexpected kindness part of them I guess. They found my blood pressure medication in a bar parking lot and brought it back to me.There were maybe 10-12 HAs and I was alone. When the HA returned my medication he talked to me a while and said he takes same medication and knew how important it was for my health. He was a very kind gentleman. He wasn't the dirty, smelly, uncouth person the media always portrayed them to be.I just talked to him like any other person and was myself. No problems at all.
Had a similar experience in Deadwood, SD. I was walking to the bar and I had a back pack on. Accidentally, I lightly bumped into a HA, and I swiftly apologized. Turned out he was from a city where my family grew up. He was extremely kind and bought me a beer after some small talk. His group even invited me to their Clubhouse to show support. I had a couple of their prospects watching me for the rest of the night - yea I noticed. But no issues. They were still respectful. To me, it’s understandable to be observant of all people coming and going. Besides the club activities, they’re still out there looking out for their communities.
@protosparadiso_ I'm sure some illegal activity goes on behind the scenes.Maybe depends on what chapter they're in or whatever.SD and ND are both beautiful states as I travel all over for work.Wouldnt mind living in either if the winter wasn't so cold there. The HA I met in Flagler Beach was from Ohio.I walked in in a pair of shorts, tank top,and flip flops. They knew I was no biker. The guy even seen me open my wallet that had about $2,600 in it for my family vacation money. If he wanted to,he and his fellow group coulda easily robbed me.The media is all over the HAs and how awful they are,but not a word about Crips and Bloods. Now do you think if you and I were in a place full of them things would have probably gone a bit downhill from what we experienced with the HAs?I have a good idea it would not have been the same experience. Its no racist it's just a reality.
@@jenkemjones68 To your last point, I agree 100%. The media always has to portray a boogie man for the fear factor. I regard the 1% to be the least of our problems.
I wish you well man. Good to read your story.
my pops n his boy met a few angels in a bar up the mountains they ended up going on a 3 day ride with them, they gave em a place to crash and partied for 3 days they asked them to prospect but my dad was in a club they said to call anytime to go on a run.. No surprise my old man was oldschool gangster biker who looked it and lived it
I still fear the cops more.
H.A 1% in the 80’s
Am an army vet, am lone biker with veteran patch’s when I ride. On my multiple trips around Canada and the USA I meet different 1% at a diner, gas station etc. I always let them their space. 95% of the time, they come and shake my hand and are always respectful, some even offer to ride with them if we go in the same direction. Biker world is a big family
Wait for them to talk to you! Do not be an eyes down!
They don't chicken shit duds! Leave them alone!
In a way just do you and stay in your lane, just do you and most clubs will let you slide. Real recognize real always remember that. Some are made for the club life and most arnt. just stay in your lane
I'm not intimidated or scared in any way. I'm a senior citizen. Stay out of my way. Thanks
My dad was in the hells angels florence,SC when i lived with him and still is, they are very chill and have church sundays and club house even with a graveyard in the front yard of members.😢
Hey Brother I’m from Bristol , CT I ran with Sonny when he came here for his book signing and got a personalized message signed from Sonny that day ! I rode many of times with HA when our Club was asked to help out with security that day ? I had the time of my life ! Memories Brother you just triggered them lol , Happy Thanksgiving Brother
This is what i tell people about the big clubs. If you are afraid, dont put yourself in a situation where you will have to interact with them alone. Its true, some of those guys like that power they have over people. But others understand it. At the end of the day, they are just people. Like you and me.
being unpredictable is an excellent strategy.
Like my homie said, they are poodles when solo, and pitbulls when in groups 😂
I've met a few 81's here in the Buckeye throughout my life and never had a negative interaction with any. Matter of fact I've been invited to prospect for three different clubs when I was younger but regretfully I declined each time as an independent loner. And even though I attended and supported several of the clubs bashes and flings over many years, I realize today that I might have been mistaken to not at least prospect, because at this point in my life my health has taken a lot of hits and I have no family, friends or support of any kind and I know that most likely the support of a mc brotherhood would not be lacking now. ..
I'm in exactly the same position.
So sorry to hear that. Wishing you the best!
What's up fellow Buckeye!
I wish you were right about that assumption. I grew up in a 1% family and I'm telling you the truth is, when guys get locked up, yes, they'll have prospects write and visit you, because they have to. But the majority of members forget about a down brother once they're down for awhile. Once they stop receiving something from the relationship it is much different. Find a genuine church with real believers and you'll be so much better off.
Gaaaay, you should go down their club house and suck them off while your at it 😂
With all due respect, someone that rides a bike or is in a "club," makes no difference to me. He's still just a person. A man is a man, just like a punk is a punk...regardless. Perhaps it's me, being born in East Harlem and raised in NYC from the late 60's, till now, taught me alot of codes that I live by to this day. Yes, I did years behind the wall upstate, yes I was a street thug and addict. But, I never screwed over anyone that didn't have it coming. Most of the dudes I considered like brothers were bikers. But, I've seen bikers have their card pulled and were placed in PC, along with people that didn't ride. So, it just goes to show anyone can get got. My 6'5" frame wasn't what earned me respect...it was the way I carried myself and how I treated the next man...that's how I earned my respect, especially upstate. Anyhow, keep dropping those jewels man. Peace!

A friend of mine lives in a small town and the Hells Angels just built a new club right behind his house. He has met them and feels safe having them as neighbors. He said they have several security cameras and if anything is suspicious at his house they'll check on it.
Imagine thinking that sewing a patch on your jacket gives you some kind of priority over other users of a public road
The Hells Angels are amazing people and the culture of the biker world is a way of life. They are very generous people with hearts of gold helping charities and underprivileged families all around the world.
And I'm Mary Queen of Scots
Just a bunch of grown men acting like middle school bullies, how brave of them.
Beating up disabled people for a parking spot. Real Hard!!!!
Mate's dead now.
With Police help they got away with it.
Makes me wonder if it was that what finally killed him.
Both coming out of care homes we didn't trust anyone with a badge,or patch, Angel, Police, Fireman, Ambulance, Doctor, Nurse, Priest, Social Worker
Absolutely no one in power over other humans.
There's a ton of groups that fit that description. These guys don't really do anything to hurt or bother civilians, like most other grown men in groups. Almost all people in positions of power are bullies.
I will not mess with a Hells Angel, BUT, will NEVER back down from one either. They stay out of my way, they’ll have no problem!
I met a Black Panther last week . We Were Supporting a pastor of the Overcomer church ..I had my Bible under my left arm , I shook his hand , said its an honor to meet u sir , God bless you , I put my right fist to heart and said love u brother
They intimidate good people who don’t want problems . I did time in maximum security with 2 HA . Level 4 sureños, norteños NLRs guess who HA intimidated there ? Nobody !!!
I thought NLR got taken out
I spent nearly two decades working against the HA as a special agent assigned to the Bay Area Anti-Gang Task Force (Not the real name) and a supervisory special agent in the Heartland. I learned, early on, that they rely on their reputation to conjure respect and fear-but in my world, fear is inspired by action and respect is earned. I was not mean, but I did not provide them with anything that they did not earn and vice versa. I’ve only ever had one HA (prospect) push his luck out of the thousands of contacts I’ve had with the HA and support clubs. Now I work as a criminal defense attorney protecting motorcycle clubs from overzealous officers and agencies. I find that my original lesson is still true. They still get no respect unless its earned-fear isn’t provided free of charge either.
Goddamn sir I respect that. I do not speak to LA. But your respect for us over a broken system it to be commended. Need More like you on the sides of bikers and clubs
On a sidenote, where you’re located? ……a friend….. Is In the market for a good criminal defense attorney. Name your price If you check out
It's not like strolling down Compton or south Chicago. Bikers are men, treat them with respect and they will do the same.
