Really great video. My friend is moving to Sheridan, so im checking out the Ruby River videos. I'll have a place to stay near the river, so I'm grateful for all the info! Awesome trip!
@@antleredpursuit-tv4634 The fishing was incredible. Rainbows and browns. Mostly on nymphs. The rainbows liked a Sunkist. Caddis and hoopers worked well in certain areas as well particularly in the evening. Hope it's a great trip.
I usually fish the Ruby below the dam. Your dad had bear spray with him. I was unaware that bears were an issue where you fished, but I'm not from Montana ( Colorado ). There are rattle snakes to be aware of. I'm going back there in the Summer ( 2023 ) to hunt for large browns.

That are pretty wild In Some areas out there. We heard one in 2020 and I was charged by one last year there at 5 yards
I usually fish below. I've found access difficult above.
