I think the ball is pretty nutty. Lets say your midscreen, sending out slowball and charging snatcher would cover a lot. Heavy snatcher obviously covers the jump and if they dont you can kill rush forward into chaser or grab, etc. Light snatcher pulls them into the ball on hit or block which could combo into the ball if they get hit and maybe do good drive gauge damage or chip if blocked. If they jump in on you while youre charging light snatcher, you could kill rush back to be safe from the jump in maybe or killrush forward to hide in the ball or rush break if they are at the right angle to anti air. If they parry the ball then you can just kill rush grab Any thoughts? Idk if all of that would be possible but snatcher kill rush seems pretty nutty
mix up like rashid but if you cant move them out of the fireball parry will kill it. you need to move them out the fireball so you can 50/50 with a grab. in burnout its ggs tho
There's definitely a lot you can threaten at midscreen, more than sfv. I'm still not sure if it would be best to play it like that or not yet. We gotta see more! Hopefully someone does some good work at capcom cup tes ting.
I *THINK* that what you think is a heavy flicker is actually a crouching flicker. If you go frame by frame, you can see that Ed ducks for a frame before doing it in this guide, and for like 3-4 frames in the first vid. If I had to guess his heavy flicker is the anti air that didn’t make an appearance this time, but maybe that’s a command normal and he doesn’t have a crouching flicker.
I dont know why they wouldnt just give him a normal invincible rising uppercut. That hits neutral jumps and is 5frame startup like everyone else. It wouldve been good if the HP psycho spark pryectile version was a faster 1 part animation proyectile. To have a little zoning ability.

At the height of psycho upper we can probably do flicker afterwards and it hopefully will knock the opponents right into cannon

I was hoping his meterless psycho spark would absorb fireballs and become a two hit meterless proyectile kinda like M bysons proyectile Vskill.

I wonder if antiair flicker has a more ranged knockdown that can land them into ball

Go play Luke, Ken, Ryu, Akuma if you want that. In game full of shades of grey, atleast 1 character stands out and is a little bit different.

At the very least, not DI armor. It's not impossible that it breaks character-specific armor, but I think it probably wont.
