Renovation or new construction? The house is located in Mao'er Hutong, Beijing. Currently, it is a five bay bar shaped house with sloping roofs on the north and south sides, as well as a narrow courtyard of the same length but just over 3 meters wide. Placing a box element brings three new spaces: sunken space, large space, and roof space. From the perspective of functionality and benefits, it has expanded the richness of the original room's functions and usage, bringing practical benefits and benefits.
리폼인가 신축인가? 이 집은 베이징의 치도 후동에 있습니다. 현재는 남북쪽으로 경사진 지붕이 있는 5간 기둥 모양의 집으로, 같은 길이로 폭이 3미터 강한 좁은 안뜰이 있습니다. 상자 모양의 요소를 배치하면 함몰 공간, 대형 공간 및 다락방 공간의 세 가지 새로운 공간이 생성됩니다. 기능성과 장점의 관점에서 원래 방의 기능과 용도의 풍부함이 확대되어 실용적인 장점과 이점을 가져왔습니다.
