Huť Architektury Martin Rajniš: The chance to head a bit further along the path of kinetic buildings and their structural magic was something I found utterly captivating. Thanks to an enlightened investor, an amazing opportunity turned up at the Radíč Chateau. Without much hesitation, we reached for our preconception into the classical Roman building repertoire. The octagonal foundations for the column structure are a reminiscence of the Temple of Vesta, which once stood in the Roman Forum.

I agree about the sound track. Also, I've spent all my life designing for interiors. I also have a love of the crafts involved in creating those designs. I have to say, the welding on this project is crap. Don't get me wrong. I love the design and would love to live in this space. However, I'd definitely insist on some quality control. Check out the flooring gaps-amateur. All in all, a great design I could live in. But I'd have someone more skilled build it. Awful construction.
Since I have introduced various buildings, each building has its own advantages and disadvantages. Thank you for your advice.

The kitchen stove top in the far right corner seems out of place, too close to right wall. I use a 16 in frying pan, sometimes 2 at the same time, doing large batches of fried food etc. When cooking usually people need both left and right side free to have work surface. Closer to sink area would be better if large pans need filling. I like the modern design, of the home.♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸

The upper shelf has a narrow cross-sectional width and is tall so it does not obstruct the face.

the fantasy is still a 3d image. & the current reality, should be a discussion regarding the strategies of partnering with every “hot” “brilliant” architect & studio in a wholistic humanitarian effort to combat the garbage, noise, building material waste, drywall, wood, sealant & plaster debris, dust, chemical fumes, the true cost of human & mechanical energy in the design & build & all (will forever be) required in every build, including: the water poisoning, site water use & clean up, actual expenditures such as fuel costs (transportation), power (electricity), & the off-gasing (cure-time) in the creation of EVERY beautiful image, proposal, project, product, including (same equation) those - not always new or symbiotic production & fabrication methods of (all) exterior & interior products. & the shipping of such (all) products from origin to studio to site, including Italy, China, Korea, Japan, the EU, the US... around the Planet leaving (another) trail... c/o of Amazon. You know, the Materialization Machine & Institution, killing our once happy Mom & Pop & Familia hand to mouth shops. & well. the current equation = a compounding disaster
