I know that this might read weird, but even a short video like this with the team training can give rival clubs a fair idea of how QPR plays. Need to be a bit careful that you don't give too much away.

Ainsworth is just a gift that keeps giving.
It’s like he’s trying to teach a dog, who’s thinking “ I’ll let him prat on, until he realises, I’am humouring him “ .

It takes more work for a manager to ensure the team is being rebuilt then spending your way out of trouble.
Here are some things what QPR need to be correcting:
    A flimsy defence.
Passes not strung together lack of cohesion.
Team not working for each other covering each other's back.
Poor mentality and resilience leading to many lost games and not sufficient clawing matters back to create a fight back in effort and guile.
Not enough desire to attack the opposition and ask questions of opposition defence.
Working to get the best out of existing players and improving their game.
Instilling confidence about the way QPR play and not fearful of the opposition.
Being prepared to adapt play when a plan is executed against the opposition.
To give players who are capable to score goal targets for the season.
This list is by no means exhaustive yet the R'rrs have their work cut out with plenty to improve upon and always learn to become better players.
As iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another. Go for it Rangers! surely this new season will be different from the last and even better.

these are usually a high up for the fans if you watch like Ange, Edie Howe, Mousinho, even Phil Neville but this looked garbage to me. From the rondos to the pattern paly and him apologizing for going over it whats all that about? Guy plays a pass out wide unopposed and gaffer shouting "yea now we are playing boys" whats he smoking man? Half the session he is getting his hair out his face. New favorites to go down.

Rondo's ain't just a Sunday league warm up. They're used by even the best of teams for a warm up and can be adapted in loads of different format's. This is also a pre-season training session and he's introducing new patterns of play so its fine to do it unopposed in the beginning and build the sessions up. Remember, these sessions are daily you work the basic's and build it up. You don't jump to the end goal in the first session.

Totally agree with @rich, this session was disappointing.
