Yeah, i was there not too long ago when i ego lifted the clean & jerk movement. I lifted so heavy that i lost balance and threw the barbell on the floor just to prevent injury lmao. Then some other dude at the gym was like "carefull, you may injure someone" and i was like "No worries, i look around before i do this kind of stuff". And later on i remember one of the staff told me not to do that again, and well i won't ego lift as much, but i'm sure as hell won't give up the movement, and i won't miss an opportunity for a PR, even if i add just 1kg extra.
