Love how silent everybody was during the Breath of the Wild trailer. That was possibly the most awe-inspiring video game trailer of all time.

@@zomb7138 Actually it is the tree from Ocarina of time, but It's not the original Deku Tree because he died at the beginnings of the game, but if u check the timeline you can see it is the Sapling with a smiley face in it that appears right after the Deku Tree dies in Ocarina of time

@@cloudshines812 Isn't that why there are some at EPD that is already taking his place? People like Eiji Aonuma will still be there, and younger people (who will most likely be the next faces of Nintendo like Yoshiaki Koizumi and Higashi Nogami) will only go upwards.
Miyamoto might still be the "face of Nintendo", but he isn't that influential in new games anymore.

Sure we still have a few out there like Mario Wonder, but nowadays we’re just seeing either lackluster sequels, open world games, oversaturated remakes/remasters, and nothing really new. No offense to Mr Anouma… but he’d be a horrible choice for the future of Nintendo… especially after how he made Zelda a shell of its former self

RGkong Ok, so the translator with the slightly monotonous voice (splatoon..2.) was doing decently to translate everything, up until one of the people from the staff that worked on No More Heroes came upon stage. For some odd reason, he (translator) screwed up, took long pauses, and stuttered for only that one moment for No More Heroes, then came back to his senses not too long after.
At least they had reaction, in Tokyo the audience was dead silent even when Mario and Splatoon were showed

DonatedShelf I personally think it'll make more sense for Nintendo to wait a bit before announcing a Smash 4 port if they plan on doing that. They already announced Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon 2 and they don't want to play all their cards early or else 2018 could be a repeat of 2008.

It's not the connection (because it obviously plays video), but rather the device that streams it. It cannot handle the higher frame-rate and resolution. That's what causing so much lagging in the video. They should have cleared the cookies/cache and defrag the data inside that device in order to make the streaming run smoothly. Or just get better device that can handle higher frame-rate and resolution.

I come back and watch these trailer reactions pretty often. It always makes me happy seeing people getting excited over these, especially with Tears of the Kingdom coming up.

I was there! It was exciting when we all found out about the switch for the first time. My dream came true that day. When I was younger, the closest thing to a home console and portable console was the Nintendo DS. That day in 2017 proved that technology changed in a great way.
