- In this episode we saw the most growth in Moo. I like his character because he is very smart and knows himself very well. He will never take defeat but will work on himself to be the best so he can do what he wants. From not wanting to disappoint his mom so he stopped dancing to now following his dreams and having good grades to love Kang.

I feel like so far all the adults have been trying to teach Moo to not hyper fixate, but they weren't speaking Moo's language.

I am wondering if Kang’s concern about his mother is more in his head than anything. She’s never actually said anything negative about Moo, only ask questions that aren’t that unusual for a mother wanting to know about her child’s life. I think we may be being led to believe she’s going to be a problem, and then it’s possible she will turn out not to be a problem at all. She did seem to have a problem with Kang’s interest in art, though, so that could end up being a future problem.
Sea said their will surely be drama in the later episodes and like you, i believe it's gonna be a problem regarding Kang&Moo's individual parents or specifically Kang's inner struggle and his mom.

gmmtv is implying that Shone seems to be a love interest/rival but i'm not buying that coz i really didn't see other feelings/purpose for kang and Shone aside from work and the I OWE YOU thing.
PS. i don't think Kang will appear or have too much exposure in Shone's vlog. Shone seems to just want a tour guide who really knows the province/district.

Moo is a man of his word. He more probably exchanged it for Shone favor when Shone "asked" twice that time. And given with Moo being the open book he is and his closeness with Shone, there's a high probability he told it already. i mean, Moo even told his newfound friends his feelings for Kang.
and yeah, as you've said that we trust in KangMoo's feelings for each other if ever something goes wrong.
I was wondering about that picture. Shone asked to see it, Moo didn't show it - at least not on screen - and this tiny issue remained unresolved. We were later given weird vibes, mostly in previews for ep. 5 and 6, suggesting Shone's interested in Kang. How much of that was deliberate and how much was resulting from the script "forgetting" to clear the picture issue + GMMTV's preview trickery? Or maybe we'll find out that, as you suggest, Shone has seen Kang's picture and this will be somehow referred to (e.g. in a conversation with Kang Shone will admit to having recognized him and say something to convince Kang to be with Moo)? "Only Boo!" so far managed to stay focused on the primary and secondary couples, consistent in its storytelling, well paced and providing enough screen time to each character - according to what role they play. Shone had a role to play as Moo's senior, confidant and friend/family member - providing support when Moo had no one to turn to. That role doesn't seem necessary anymore - Moo became friends with Neth, Payos and Potae; we see him interact more with the school staff than with Shone. So why is Shone still in the show, what role he has to play now? Btw: Book is credited as a "guest", which would imply his character has less to do than Neth or Jang (Louis' character who - so far - appeared only for a few seconds and had one line), which are support roles. Yet we keep seeing Shone in the previews and he sticks around - story-wise with no apparent purpose; this fuels speculations about him as Moo's rival. Btw2: forgetting about Shone for a second - Jang would be an interesting rival for Kang.
@@multilicus5773 maybe Shone will be the one to other avenue/s for Kang showcase his talent if he's not gonna be useful to Moo.
i'll not comment about Jang for now as we really don't know about him yet but in the trailer he warned Moo about him violating the no dating rule for idols.
As a Thai, I see that you’re quite struggling to pronounce Kang. You could just say his name as Gang like gangster, it sounds closer to what you've been saying.
